Sundays are my recovery days. Perfect workout! Feels so good. Going on a nice walk with my granddaughter this afternoon. Even get to go down the slide like a kid and maybe swing!

First time doing your Pilates class , was good just went slower and focused on the moves. I was very sore from the barre workout I did Friday evening .
Finally got to this one. I actually took a mat and did some of your no equipment workouts on vacation last week! My friend did some with me too. This was a great core one. Did a 20 min HIIT of yours after for some cardio. Thanks Michelle!❤
I resisted the urge to do some jumping on the trampoline for cardio...this is what I needed. Always a bit of a challenge but I needed some slow pace core movements wth lengthening and strengthening. Thanks Michelle and Crew❣️
