Also Maurice Greene is my all time favorite 100m sprinter I think he ran the best technical race. With that being said, I know you did a video on his 60m record video which was an awesome video. But I would like you to do his 9.79, 9.81, 9.82 break down in those 100m races.

This may be very wrong but what I took away from this video was that instead of applying intense dorsal flection when landing you should allow your foot to be not necessarily pointed but perhaps more relaxed so that the spring can get more of a load upon being forced into the ground. No idea if that’s what you were saying, just what it sounded like to me. Love the vids :)

Could you do a video about block starts comparing the different types of starts between sprinters? For example, Ronnie Baker and Jimmy Vicaut's starts are very different to Asafa Powell and Usain Bolt's starts. Why does each type of start work so well and how do we know which is best for us?
    Cheers.

So I just watched the video and this all got me to thinking about arm usage ... am I wrong or does this description of the oblique usage mean that we should be forcing our shoulders back with each stride to give maximum extension or does it mean have good posture with the shoulders during the race, and thus already given an extension per say ..... and second part, is a sprinter suppose to focus on forcing arms forward, backward, or both while sprinting ?
    Thanx

Avid speed/sprint's fan I was wondering if you could do a break down on Walter Dix from his rapid turnover standpoint & Shawn Crawford from a power stand point and contrast the two.

shulon adkins interesting I will check it out and I tried doing other races of Maurice Green the quality of the video just wasn’t great

Why does a transition from supination to pronation create more speed, as compared to to striking the ground more pronated/flat-footed?

CJ Murphy great question. I will probably have to make a separate video for that because it is not a simple thing to write about
