The experience is so much more dramatic when seeing the entire AB. It's the battle and the build-up to the payoff that makes it. Thanks for showing it that way.

The day Andrew officially became a Giant. This is the McCutchen from his days as a pirate here, flashy, powerful and one of the finest fielders in the game.

  • @BaneR6

He is arguably the most relaxed player when he is at the plate. You see his body motion, very very very relaxed and didn’t hesitate!

  • @joeomalley2835

andrew's batting average went from .083 to .258 in one game. "cutch" is a streaky hitter so no need to worry about the slow start, the pirates are going to miss this guy, maybe not right now but they will, he's a complete player, wouldn't be surprised to see them playing each other in the playoffs.

For YEARS I wanted Cutch (i mean, who wouldn't) and even though we didn't get "prime" McCutchen he was still a good Giant. Wish we had an offense that complimented him, but even though it wasn't even for a full-season, glad to see him get to rep the Orange & Black.

I don't care who your team is, that was an top notch AB from a stellar professional. Very difficult to put the ball in play at that point in the at bat, much less turn on it and send it out for the walk off. Hats off!
