Yesterday I made it halfway thru today I made it to the end. It wasn’t pretty but I needed it. Didn’t realize how out of shape I was. Thank you truly gonna do this one a few more times for form 🙏🏽❤️
I kinda new to all of this, I'm going to do this one tonight. I just wanted to say you have a beautiful spirit about you, you are great at what you do especially with those long legs girl! Other yoga teachers take themselves so seriously, you do it professionally and grace. Namaste❤❤❤❤❤ fyi that last comment I think your breathing helps a lot, because it reminds me to breathe, other teachers don't do that, which makes me mess up more so it works for me!
I'm not very used to pulses (repetitive movements) in a yoga class ; this reminds me of fitness classes. But this flow was quite challenging, so...new sub😀 Namaste from France 🙏

I'm so glad you enjoyed it! This class definitely creates toned muscles! Body shape is determined by diet, movement, and genetics! You seem like you got movement down. Take a look at your nutrition. I try to do not a lot of processed foods and lighter foods (no red meat or anything overly salty/bready). But find out what works for you!!

A little tiny bit sweaty and I felt like I could have gone on longer but alas, cool down time. This class is good for days when you want to work a bit but not too much.

All your Yoga Sculpt sessions are of the next level stuff Kate! Really love the way you combine cardio with yoga. If I may, I would suggest you break up the sessions into working on specific body parts or even aspects such as strength training, flexibility building or balancing. I really like your classes, but I think you should put the pelvis in retroversion and teach it. It's important to take care of the lower back
I've taught fitness and yoga for over a decade. This is a good sequence but it's not intense nor is it "power" yoga so the title is misleading
Fair point! Sometimes it's hard to describe this format in terms people will understand. It did feel powerful to me at the time :)
