That's exactly how I make my faux Cheesecakes! I usually end up making it Cherry, Strawberry or Chocolate (all sugar free packets). I put whip cream on top. Mine are 4 carbs per slice & my whole family enjoys it!

Thanks Kat for this recipe! If anyone doesn’t want to use sugar free jello, you could use a unflavored gelatin instead. It has no sweetener in it. I’m sure the lime juice would suffice for flavoring. In terms of the green color, you would probably need to use food coloring. This would eliminate the aspartame in the recipe. Thank me later. Lol. Enjoy.
Love the recipe some things that would make it easier is . Don't use plastic bowls , cream cheese is oil based and whips better in nonlethal bowls same with whip cream. Also place bowls in sink when whipping less mess. Thanks for the recipe . Great channel
I made this in cherry and it was SO BOMB! I mixed until it was really stiff and was able to nearly eat it right away! YUMMY! I added sugar free whipped cream.

Here is a quick tip to soften cream cheese, take it out of the packet, put it on a microwave safe plate. Put in the microwave on hi for 15 seconds. You can soften butter the same way except turn the microwave to 30% power and heat the butter for 15 seconds.
I added a teaspoon of cinnamon, a tablespoon of allulose and a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the crust and it gave it a graham cracker taste. I was amazed because the first crust I made for a lemon cheesecake that I just made using the crust like this recipe used, I wasn’t really thrilled with the taste. I thought the key lime cheesecake filling was really good on this recipe.

I've been looking for a new one for months and everything I find has those flimsy little rounded beater attachments. I have a kitchen-aid hand mixer now and the flimsy beaters break so easily. I'd rather just replace the thing if possible but it seems everywhere I look, there are FLIMSY beaters! Thanks for this video and I cannot wait to try the recipe!
It looks delicious, but when I put it into MFP and saw the calculations for the carb count it was close to 11 carbs per slice. I assume that is correct. I didn't see carb calculations on the website of the recipe link. Maybe for a special treat or a high carb "cheat" day. Thanks Katherine. I enjoy watching, although I am old enough to be your mom.
I was think that I would omit the crust and just put the fluffy cheesecake goodness into single serve dessert cups and top with a few chopped almonds, that would definitely lower the carbs. :) ♡

Dont mean to sound like a Debbie downer but it was a lil rude concidering she makes videos and of course is clean. I do see videos of men who make food and they have dirt under their nails that havent been cut in a while.

+Peggy Bunting the original site calls for 6 or 7 net carbs a slice with 8 slices I believe. I have cut mine into 12 slices

I dont like the idea of using sweeteners so I think if you used a cup of crushed or whisked up berries would be sweet enough....?
