Great video Sir. Thanks 🙏 for sharing Captain 👨✈️. I actually just picked up this little guy about 3 days ago and I did my very first shots and review today. My Glock 44 .22LR ran flawlessly with just a few hiccups due to the cheap bulk ammunition’s I was using. Besides that I am very happy and pleased with it. You got yourself a new supporter here Sir. I would appreciate support. Thanks for all you do and please 🙏 let’s keep our 2nd amendment rights Alive!!
I've had two G44s. No issues with either. I actually find the Aguila Super Extra ammo you used to be my favorite 22 ammo. No issues with it in the G44 or any of my other 22s.
My G44 is my equal favorite .22 out of two others. S&W Victory and a Colt Ace Military. Different guns, different shot placements, all favorites. No failures with any, if you use good and decent ammo. No buckets please.
@@MrSquid-vy2ik The SW22 is certainly up there with the finest .22's of all times. I have a few TK & Volquartsen parts on it & a Vortex Venom red dot. My favorite plinker!
The only ammo I have had problems with is a federsl.. it in a blue box and 36 grains.. runs fine in rifles and my keltec.. it wouldn't cycle my ruger mkiv reliably either
I traded for this new pistol in box in early 2020. 500-700 rounds and zero issues. Shoots everything that is high capacity. Similar results to you. Loves stingers.
I do the same “trick” with my mags as well, but two buddies of mine don’t have to do it so I think perhaps they may have tweaked them or perhaps it is a QC issue. However, it only takes a second and it has been perfect since I did it. FYI, the CCI Quiet is made specifically for bolt action rifles and revolvers. The CCI Suppressor rounds or only a couple fps faster and then run reliably in the G44 with or without a suppressor.
I guessing I shot 600 plus rounds with my cleaned Glock 44 without problems. I have far more stove pipe problems with my High Standard 22. I love my Glock 44 and also believe there are a lot of BS on RUclips. I would purchase another Glock 44 without any questions. We have a Glock 19, 42, 43 and 43X. We purchase the Glock 44 as a trainer pistol for our other Glocks.
It seems to be mag issues. Mine line up nose up. I'm not doing anything special. Mags consistency seems to vary. I've watched alot of videos and that seems to be a pattern.
Thank you for commenting, but the box actually says “these cartridges may be used in semi automatic firearms, however, manual cycling of the action may be required”
Enjoyed your video. Bought my G44 before I watched RUclips. All the videos I watched told me I was stupid for buying the Glock. Made me feel bad about myself. However, when I shot the gun it worked real well. It's my first Glock and I always thought Glocks were great. Now I know there are lots of cheapskate asshole Glock haters out there. They're embarrassed to admit they can only afford a Taurus. Also, I now have two 18 round mags I got from ProMag. So there.
@@liberalgun Shot with my new ProMags for the first time today. Loaded them with Norma Match 22 "Elite Match Grade" 40 grain lead round nose, 1100 fps. What a shit show. Couldn't make it through one full mag without five to ten hiccups. FTF, FTE, FTL, Stovepipes, basically every failure imaginable. Bent bullets, dented bullets, it was actually funny. Same thing with my factory Glock mags. I kept at it until all the Norma lead was either at the end of the range or on the floor. It was tough. Wish I had a photographer, quite a comedy. Then I bought a brick of Aguila "Super Extra Copper Plated" 40 grain solid point, 1255 fps and they ran perfectly. NO HICCUPS. The ProMag 18 AND the Glock 10 shots. The only problem with the ProMags is they're very stiff. But they ran great. It was obvious my G44 hates Norma...I mean with a passion.
I could agree with your statement if you are talking about a Taurus G2S (259) and a Glock 17, etc but the difference between a Glock 44 and Tx-22 is only 100 bucks. Why not buy something that gives you 32 rounds out of the box opposed to 20? and less money. Before you knock me, I love my G 17 and G42, but Glock makes it tough to love a 10 rounder when others are here with 16 and SIg with 20 and 25 rounds.
The G44 is a fun gun, I'm happy with mine, it runs flawlessly. Mine doesn't like sub 1000fps ammo, or 32gr CCI Copper's, otherwise, I've had good luck running just about everything else.
Interesting and thanks for sharing. I can’t find anything about an 18-round version online. Can you provide a model number? Is it an official Glock magazine or aftermarket?
Attention G44 owners. Inspect your firing pin sleeve. Mine has several thousand rounds through it, and it has been trouble free until now. The firing pin is hammering out the slot in the sleeve, and the plastic is curling up. You can see if yours is doing this without removing the slide cover. If you do disassemble it, and have this defect, Glock will blame you for improper disassembly...
Yes Sir, i already ordered 1. Can't wait for its arrival and to te tested at the range.

I used Winchester 36 grain hollow points in my G44 today and I shot 4 mags flawlessly

Hey, I know this voice! Love your other reviews man :p Just picked up a G44 myself. Love it!
😮 holly cow!!
It’s him!!
glock needs to adjust the follower some what so that top round stays elevated on top.
I run Thunderbolts all the time in mine. Plenty of BS on the internet.

Recently got the SW22 victory over the Glock. Been putting TK accessories on. I like it so far.

Damn! That really sucks, having to load that many rounds using only 2 ten round magazines
Good review Thanks, I think ill pick one up😊
I had so far two failure to eject. Could it be because of the wrong loading ? Thx

quiets tells you on the box NOT FOR SEMIAUTO pistol or rifles hence the reason CCI now produces cci quiet semi auto

4000 rds without a.problem. Aguilas 22lr high velocity
Good video

How are the 18-rnd mags working?
@@liberalgun Just got them. Haven't loaded or shot yet. I'll let you know. There are a couple of RUclips videos that show them.

The straight lead ammo will cause a lot of jams or malfunctions,I prefer to shoot the copper coated 22 ammo from my 44 no issues with it.
Thanks for commenting. ~2000 rounds so far with no issues using mostly LRN.
I like my g 44 no issues knock on wood around 4,000 rounds so far no cracks and clean every 800rounds
It does not like the cheap 22 but 22 is still cheap overall
Super! Thanks for sharing. I’m lucky, mine tolerates all the cheap bulk-pack rounds I’ve tried it with.
I’ll admit I had to look up what you meant by “cracks” as I hadn’t known about that.

I just put one of these glock model 44s on layaway

You would think a metal sleeve would be used instead of plastic
@@bobbylamgtanjh9942 All glocks use a plastic sleeve
Still the worst 22 lr in the market today so say lots of big name reviewers glock44
