Ingredients
(9 inches / 230mm pizza round pan)
(A) Yeast mixture:-
1. 145g warm water
2. 5g instants yeast
3. 5g sugar
(B) Dough ingredients:-
1. 220g all purpose flour
2. 2g salt
3. 10g sugar
4. 15g soften butter
(C) Pizza spreading & fillings:-
1. 50g tuna flakes (in olive oil)
2. 15g myonnaise (for mixing tuna flakes)
3. A pinch of pepper
4. A pinch of salt
5. 15g myonnaise (for spreading on dough)
6. 30g tomatoes puree
7. 30g crabsticks cubes
8. 30g pineapple cubes
9. 5g parmesan cheese powder
10. 80g mozzarella cheese
11. 2~3 very hot chilli pepper cutted into small slices
Bake in preheated 165°C oven for 15 minutes.
Bake at only upper heat for the last 3 mins to get a crispy cheese top.
Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly. - Хобби

Are you baking the pizza using the fan in your oven at 165C ? Please answer to say when you bake also your quiche recipe are you temperatures stated in the recipes fan temp heat or tradition with no fan. Thanking you

6. 30g الطماطم هريس
7. 30g مكعبات crabsticks
8. 30g مكعبات الأناناس
9. 5g مسحوق جبنة البارميزان
10. 80 غ جبنة موزاريلا
11. 2 ~ 3 الفلفل الحار حار جدا قطعت إلى شرائح صغيرة
يُخبز الطبق في فرن محمّى على حرارة 165 درجة مئوية لمدة 15 دقيقة.
اخبزيها في حرارة عليا فقط لمدة 3 دقائق الأخيرة لتحصل على جبنة مقرمشة.
قد يختلف وقت الخبز باختلاف نوع ودقة الفرن. قد تحتاج إلى ضبط درجة حرارة الفرن وفقًا لذلك.

Hi Eunice, yes, you may keep the unused pizza dough in freezer, remember to thaw the dough overnight in fridge, before making your pizza, allow dough to become room temperature then roll & stretch out dough.

Can the dough knead by hand .
Hi Mabel, yes you may knead the dough by hand, but it's going to be very sticky at the begining, so need to be patient and continue to knead for almost 5~8 mins till dough are smooth & soft.
