@@sevenkombuchas1244 Just the 3 ingredient ice cream, it is really not bad but too bitter for my european taste buds. I added icing sugar and more condensed milk and it was way better. I would say you need to try it for yourself 😉

By the way, all cats are like your cats. They simply love boxes. Mine sleep and play in the boxes, chew the side walls of the carton gradually until there is just the bottom left. They still love to sleep on it. I have to distract them to throw the remaining piece out.

Note: if you don't want to wait for the dough to rise, make the dough THEN the sauce, by the time you're done with the sauce your dough will have risen for (almost) an hour if not more. That's what I do at least.

I know everyone’s talking about captions, but a tip when making the marinara sauce is to replace the 50ml water with white wine. It helped to bring out more flavor and add a nice round sweetness to it, (also it’s great to add in a bit of honey as well) and the obvious of course is to replace the dried oregano and dried basil with fresh oregano and basil (however if you don’t have it that’s fine, but I recommend putting the dried herbs in your palms, and pushing the herbs against your palms with your thumb, to get a bit of extra aroma in the sauce)
Edit: when I made this I added in some tomato paste with the onions garlic and such, just to add another nice sweetness and to make it more (as Adam Ragusea says) tomatoe-y
Edit #2: another tip is when you don’t want to knead the dough, let it sit for 1 hour after mixing, fold over the sides of the dough, and let it sit for another hour, fold, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Afterwards you can knead for only 5 minutes, it’s tedious and a long time but if you’re lazy this totally works too. Another tip is to obviously after topping the pizza, to add drizzles of olive oil and those dried herbs (or if you have fresh herbs) on top (before and/or after the oven, up to you) and sprinkle some sea salt, if ya have some of course
