Hi guys! I just wanted to let you guys know that I tried this, and the taste was spot on. I do have a few tips and tweaks I did though.
- when you cream the cream cheese to make it smoother, start with it room temperature. Otherwise, it will be really hard to mix.
- I recommend adding an extra tablespoon of sugar if you are like me, it just made everything blend together well.
- make sure your chocolate is completely cooled down, because I got impatient with mine, and when I poured it into the batter, the cold cream cheese immediately froze the hot chocolate, so my batter had pieces of chocolate chunks in it.
- even though nino says to freeze for 4 hours, I say that is the minimum time. I recommend freezing overnight for better results! :)
The taste of the cheesecake was rich and creamy, the crust spot on. I just put those tips and tricks up there to make sure you guys don’t make the same mistakes I did!

Hey I tried it (just put it in the refrigerator and everything hurt, my kitchen is a mess and I forgot to buy enough whipping cream so now I I wondering if I could just use regular milk haha.

@@lazy_nox it tastes really nice! I didn't do the chocolate glaze but it's still really good even without it! I made my own form because I don't have one, but I made the stupid decision to out aluminium foil on the bottom. If you make your own form, just do it on a plate.

Been looking for chocolate cheesecake recipe that isn't too big or too complex, and your recipe is perfect! Made this for the first time and my family loved it.

you should be able to do that, yes. just take the exact recipe you are using now and double it, make sure the pan size fits well
