My personal favorite story: I took my car to a mechanic. He parked it on the lift and it stalled. Fuel pump failed at that very moment. I was standing next to the lift and I was laughing so hard.
@@PedroTRamos1 No. I told the guy the sound of the pump prime when I turn the key changed a week earlier and I expected it to die. I just didn't expect the perfect timing.
Why does everyone LS swap everything?!' Gee .. I wonder why ... After watching these YT channels for a few years, I've come to the realization, that exotics (and most domestics) are a PoS. If I ever get my Ferrari 308, I'm dropping a Toyota 2GR-FE into it. Fight me.
Testarossa needs timing belt replacement EVERY 3000km........A 328 Ferrari EVERY 5000km.......aaaahhhh..FIR 10K..!!!!! Then you understand the Ls swap......A new crate Ls is 9k ......logical..
For the Bentley - have you tried taking the injectors out. They may give a good spray and physically look ok but if the knock off pressures are slightly out then it will give you a misfire under load. Pain is you will have get them all reconditioned which is a bit painful in that 6.75L V12 (and you wont know until they come back and you try them)
I have the old Mercedes Benz 300e that uses the same fuel distribution system. I had such an issue and my take is on the FD..The fuel distributor. The wizard can unscrew the fuel lines one by one checking whether they are equally distributing the fuel as needed. That distant miss is usually remedied by a tune-up. My mechanic accelerates the car like crazy as he unbolts those fuel lines. If the FD is working as it should, Check the injector nozzles. Just my take.
The Wizard's Metaphors are so good, "it's like an octopus" , "it's like an upside down dinner table" and i wish i could remember all of the ones i've heard over the last year or two haha

I love how the first thing Hoovie does once the Wizard fixes one of these hoopties is jump in and rev the shit out of the engine. Then seems surprised when they break down seconds later.
He just got a camaro that hadn’t run in 10 years. The moment the Wizard got it to turn over, Hoovie jumps in it and spins the tires....
So it’s “stuck up” and has “blue balls”? Sounds like the most frustrated Lamborghini in the world.
Dude you’re so great at freaking comerciales you got good personality and pretty good way to approach this sponsorships. Great job 👍🏽
My personal favorite story: I took my car to a mechanic. He parked it on the lift and it stalled. Fuel pump failed at that very moment. I was standing next to the lift and I was laughing so hard.
But did you say "It didn't do that before I brought it to your shop" ?
@@PedroTRamos1 No. I told the guy the sound of the pump prime when I turn the key changed a week earlier and I expected it to die. I just didn't expect the perfect timing.
@@ast5515 That cool. I was just joking lol
I had a customer's starter engine die on the hoist after replacing a broken spring, BMW E60
3:41 The paint in that Bentleys scuttle panel where the wipers are!! 😳
Ford Ferari Mustang shirt?
That's amazing.
while working on his lambo 😂
Similar to the "Romex" watch I saw for sale at the bargain district in downtown LA.
But Ferrari is spelled wrong
Xiranu and that’s the Ford mustang logo.
Thumbs up to have the Wizard mic’d up in Hoovies’ videos!
Love the wizard!
One of my favorite channels from Orlando! keep up the good work!
awww he missed it "THIS is the wizard's rear end and THIS is my Bentley's FRONT end" damn who writes his scripts?
A team of top writers
MY thoughts exactly!
First thing I thought of too!missed a pun opportunity lol
On the Bentley check the HT leads that frazzle and go crispy at the Brackets at rear of engine. They're shorting.
@@Baard2000 They make flat plane cranks for LS engines now.... you can LS swap and not even lose having a distinct sound.
@@mfree80286 So you can drive an imports posh car ...and distinctive sound ...With DOMESTIC ENGINE...🤣🤣🤣🤣
Very thoughtful of them to include a new rear main seal with the clutch kit. I wonder if this is standard practice or not?
wizard: the car repair is dying due to corona.
hoovie: dont worry, got you covered fam.
Congrats to you both on baby Hoovie!!!

Had to rework my hearing and remind myself, _He said TIPS, big TIPS!_
Yup
For the Bentley - have you tried taking the injectors out. They may give a good spray and physically look ok but if the knock off pressures are slightly out then it will give you a misfire under load. Pain is you will have get them all reconditioned which is a bit painful in that 6.75L V12 (and you wont know until they come back and you try them)
Get yourself a Tech 2 if you don’t have one. It’ll talk to “OBD1” (really ALDL) just fine,
True dat
Congratulations on the new addition to your family
Is it really hooves garage, feels more like Wiz's Shop lmao

Broke my finger I clicked so hard.
Hoovie i just watched your video from when you got a speeding ticket. You owned it like a gentleman and then you made a donation. i just subscribed to your channel... you tha man
Wizzard is such a cool guy
I feel a really heavy mood among you two. I wonder if something has happened.
Ricardo Gregori Social distance...
Well it's a super pricy fix seems hoovie kind of wants some help and Wizard is all about $$
@sig23 Because as someone that owns a foreign vehicle after taking a specific mechanic so much continuous work you would think they throw you a bone here and there. The guys getting FREE publicity would be cool if he helped a bit doing some free work here and there.
Alex Alejandre im sure he does
I feel what Wizard was triggered about. He didn’t go anywhere near the water pump leak but Hoovie asked him, “Did you break that?” That would trigger me to lol.
Secondary ignition waveforms would help you diagnose the misfire on that vehicle , including fuel mixture in the spark line
