    Hey Todd,
Photographing these small birds always stresses me out because of their high energy and unpredictable change in directions while flying. Super glad to see you capture some great shots - Congratulations :):)

Yes it can be a little stressful. Luckily it’s still early on in spring migration so there will be a lot more time to photograph these little birds! Thanks for watching!

A great relaxing video Todd. Warblers are fast little buggers.... We get 20 or 30 Yellow rumped Warblers in our yard at a time . They love persimmons in our tree. Great images. Greg

Wow that is great I am jealous. There isn't much habitat for them near my as much of it is forest or field and not much in-between. It is still early in the migration up here so I am hoping I will have much better success soon! Thanks for watching!

Looks like a nice day out shooting. I got a chance to go to a local Audubon sanctuary this weekend here in coastal South Carolina. Although prothonotary warblers are somewhat rare in the area, they like nesting in the swamp this sanctuary is located on. Fortunately, there was a nest in an old tree very close to the boardwalk and I set up and was able to get some good, for me, images of mom and dad showing up with caterpillars and mayflies to feed the little ones. I'm new to wildlife photography, but fortunately, there are two very nice Audubon sanctuaries near me. Time of the year can be critical to get the birds you want. That, and a little luck.

Prothonotary warblers are so beautiful, they are definitely on my list to photograph. There is a swamp up here as well that I am keeping my eye on to see if they show up. I am on the northern limits of their range so time will tell. Thank you for watching and good luck with your photography!
