Hi, this keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days, which is what I usually do. 😊 If longer, the bread spoils. On day 4-5 I feed this to stray dogs and birds in the park! 😀

Try lacche parathe it's a similar flat bread type but a bit thicker and it goes well with kaju Kari and matar paneer
