But it should be good for you to know that i am getting connected with all the best videos and cream of the milk for a special reason and so I always find the really good stuff on youtube. I think of it like how Trinity gets taught how to fly a helicopter in 3 seconds in the matrix. Your video is good bro and thank you for making it. And I wondered if you could help me out with a matrix technique to help my mother out who has got sciatica pain and she is 79 but good body for her age but I hate seeing her in pain and I would be so grateful if you had any tips to fix that. If you can't I still love, you brother and I believe I have $250 billion dollars and I know i have it because i spent a million of it by accident and long story but once i figure out how to get the rest I will support talented teachers and you are on my list now. While stretching like this can help in some ways, more recent studies are proving it doesn’t last. Most people with postural issues lack the ability to expand the rib cage due to poor breathing mechanics. This routine won’t do anything long term for the vast majority of people

Personally, I've experimented with tons of breathing modalities along with massage and stretching, and personally, have found the most lasting change from massaging, stretching, and strengthening (and lifestyle changes). Thanks again for bringing in the breathing aspect! :-)
