In all seriousness, I'm glad to see you blurred the cross streets in your footage. I see way too many people filming outside of their homes/studios and essentially advertising "this is where all of my gear lives." Thanks for setting a good example!
I just got a newsletter about these C1 sets and I'm instantly intrigued. Lightweight headsets without a beltpack and without a cable that gets snagged everytime I bend down? Great! The only downsides in my opinion is, just as you mentioned, the slightly too small charging station, plus I wish Hollyland would offer double-sided headsets for the C1. Other than that, I'm very much looking forward to them and putting them in my virtual shopping cart.
I am going to use headset for first time tomorrow on set, ELM uploads video. I did my industry job as AC, they upload something related to the first timers. It’s lile Epic Lights Media is in sync with me. 👍
It should have a LED flash and vibration to page folks when they have it around their neck and somone presses call - turned off when on the ear via proxemity sensor.
great product, want to use it on set - but no instagram :- (

i would use exactly this but with a audio in so i could send the audio from my audio recorder directly to all other people on set is that possible somehow?
How long do you think would be ideal? 😊Do you think the spare batteries would come in handy for long-hour shooting cases? Each headset comes with 2 batteries so when one is in use, the other can be charged. They take 2.5h to get fully charged.
@@lawrenceleigh_cn 15 hours would be ideal - 6 hours is rough cause at the very best you have a PA walking around swapping batteries (or lunch swap batts but lunch rarely ever happen after only 6 hours). It’s just way too inflexible
That’s like saying a Honda Accord looks like a straight copycat of a Toyota Camry. Just because they’re both cars / sedans does not mean they’re the same or a copy at all. Same here. They’re just the same type of device, that’s it. It’s also ideal to have competition within tech, keeps progress moving forward.
AWESOME VIDEO! UNSUBSCRIBED! Just kidding I'm a troll and I'm staying subscribed anyway. There! What are you gonna do about it? I even liked the video! Ha!
You have blown your cover, Thomas... asking for unsubscribing on RUclips and getting new followers on Instagram just doesn't match... I am so confused now. But there is a solution and it's going to exploit your reverse psychology. I am definitely not going to subscribe to your IG, I might do that for some other IG, if I have some urging need. Since you wanted to know where it'S going to be used - definitely not in my video production business. Being a standalone run-and-gunner, making total majority of my shooting as a single person or on a set in my living room, I would use it for talking to my kids whenever they are upstairs in their rooms and I am too lazy to walk those dreaded 16 (!!) stairs to get there. And as a considerate father, voice communication might give them sufficient time to stop doing anything I might dislike and act like learning or doing any other humanity-enriching activity. Since my family is 2+2, this 999 pack will do nicely. Thank you kindly :-).

We are so gald to hear that and here's what we always keep to do: creativity together.
No way! I went to high school with Andrew! Awesome work, proud of him for getting to where he is.
I LOVE the gaff tape lower thirds. That's true style.
Can't even afford a tripod, but there I go watching a video about Headsets on a Hollywood Set
Nice one haha, same over here !
I'm convinced on getting that, it'll be a great help on set to avoid shouting on set

Lol at the SpaceX launch backdrop on tv with the handheld RGB light. Very creative.

I'm worried if I get these that they will cause interference withof the C1 wireless transmitter
how about tally light system for it?
This is a game changer

The UAC feature would be a nice touch to achieve that but that only applies to the HUB system.
Does it only have 1 ear?
wouww this is great!
It’s too bad they only have 6 hour battery - kind of a deal breaker on many sets

How’s this compared to eartec?
Basically same features, and works the same. Probably better quality.
wow!
Notification gang 💪🏻
hi
Lezgoo
Looks like a straight copycat to Eartec
Second this!

First!
Definitely a cheaper option than eartec. 👌We are still doing hand signals til now. 🤣
