I absolutely loved the Carver One, but this electric Carver S+ is not in the same league as the Carver One, it’s electric motor is designed for Holland which is Flat, so if you live in a country with Hills beware that the motor has very little torque and quickly loses power and slows down quickly, also it’s top speed of 48mph is to slow for modern day traffic it should be 55mph like the new Mico-lino 👍🏻
2:51 In theory awesome! But... If you steer and lean to the left on a Quad or any bigger four wheeled vehicle. Do you put most of your weight on the left wheels while most grip is normally delivered by the right wheels? If so does this concept give you the feeling that you can drive at higher speeds because you don't tip over, but actually it decreases grip? It could be either a whole lot of fun or a disaster. I'd like to try that quad :D
In a normal four wheeled vehicle, you have increased grip on the outer wheels, but decreased grip on the inner wheels. In a balancing vehicle the weight remains equaly spread over all four wheels.
carver.earth/en/ They need to bring back this version though. I don't mind the new one but Carver One is more powerful and with gas longer range. It also has better styling. The ne EV version is fine but they try to make it look too much like an eco-transport vehicle.
You should google GM's Lean Machine. It was designed in the 70's by an american engineer named Frank J. Winchell. He designed it to improve the wastefulness of the automobile. It achieved 200 miles per gallon.
I prefer something that does not lean over. Why doesn't he just have weights that slide back and forth and keep the cockpit or cabin stable. I can't imagine driving long distance in one of these, The tilting would drive me crazy. Just put a weight up high that can quickly slide back and forth and get rid of all the infrastructure underneath like hydraulics. The reduction is the weigh of all the hydraulic controls would make it lighter and then add the sliding weight would end up zero sum difference. You have to think simplicity and the cost will plummet also.
So I like the design, but I don’t like that it’s powered by a gasoline engine. So if they get rid of that air polluting gasoline burning engine, there would be no need for a transmission, so put in an updated forward thinking modern battery powered computer driven model, and I’d be interested in buying one! I also I don’t like the steering wheel or the handlebars, so throw that out as well, and put in a drive by wire stick drive, and I also want screens not analog gages! Cheers!🥂
This is my dream car. i saw this in the magazine when i was about 10years old child, and thought this as my dream car.

As far as the engineering is concerned you have to respect the Dutch....

9digitNo Yea you're right. You'll have the same amount of grip just equally distributed over the wheels. Might even have some upsides
I want one for sure!!!!😘☝️🤙👍👌✌️💪💪‼️💯💯
How much is the carver if I buy 1?
