      @dutchman7623 Год назад

      As a motorcyclist you know that you have to lean in curves, the testdriver tried to compensate the leaning.
      Ever driven a motorcycle where the passenger didn't want to lean? Same effect.
      The Carver does the leaning for you, you do not have to do it yourself neither compensate.
      Though the Carver One isn't produced anymore because they cannot get the motorengine any longer, there is now an electric Carver on the market, in two versions, 45 km/h and 80 km/h. Same basics and leaning, little less aggressive.

    • @gur262
      @gur262 9 месяцев назад

      Another ( super expensive) option is the monotracer/racer and it's predecessor. 2 wheels only. 500+kg so I doubt you leaning matters. Retractable learning wheels for slow speed. Full cabin.

    This fantastic vehicle proves how ridiculous we are in the face of anything new, no matter how new is a perfect wonder. We need to remember that in the past we called the first motorized carriage "diabolical". We are still pathetic beings.

    I could listen to that little turbo all day! The creaking noises I could live without if I'm honest. Imagine a heads up display on that, would feel like you were in a video game. Brilliant video.

    I think we didn't get quite the full experience because your gimball compensated most of the lean. This is actually a good thing as I watched while having breakfast and I'd like it to stay down!

    Take that back seat out, put a subwoofer back there.... Take the engine out and put a Busa engine in it...... perfection

    I've driven one on the road. It was awsome.
    I've also been in the back when it was being driven by one of the designers and I'm 6'1" and was comfortable.

    Goodness, its a sort of cross between TWC and the APT tilting train which made passengers sick. That looks slightly more successful than the APT though, I believe that got stuck in a tilted position...
    Happy New Year Ian and HubNutters, cheers for the great vids Ian, best channel on RUclips. Looking forward to you returning to Blighty and starting on that fabulous Tercel...

    Hubnut havin' a hoot! What a fantastic machine, it rolls like a motorcycle which is counter to expectations for a three wheeler......very odd! My last MZ motorcycle was also 660cc, but a single cylinder 5 valve with twin carbs, that was fun as well!

    Oh my goodness I feel seasick now ! Bad images of projectile vomiting from young passengers in the back covering the driver kept popping up into my head - never use one to take a child to a fast food joint ! Happy New Year Ian and hope 2020 is a great year for you.
