Yes, FilmConvert works with premiere pro. Settings depend on where and what you’re filming.

I have just learned how to download the DJI LUT and how to add it to Final Cut. The results are amazing. I've only had my Pocket 3 for a week, but I'm absolutely delighted with the results.Thank you for your videos and tips about this fantastic camera. Greetings from Germany, Thomas.

I've seen several reviews. I think the Auto settings actually look better. I know it sounds crazy, but to my eye the Auto looks cleaner and soooo much less work for run and gun type videos.
Why did DJI increase the slowest shutter speed to 1 second from when the pocket2 had 8 seconds? Could it be possible with firmware update for the Pocket3 to have 25 seconds shutter speed?
Any good options for color grading and editing on your phone outside the LightCut app?

Hello, I just got my DJI Osmopocket 3 and filmed in Dlog and wanted to grade...it's quite a process and still learning. But I understand I can use a LUT to automatically go from Dlog to 709. That would help a little. But when I download from DJI website it's a CUBE file? And Wondershare Filmora doesn't recognize it. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks
I find it having hard time focusing if they had variable aperture would be a game changer. Dlogm looks worse than normal mode to me. I’ll see what you have to say.
Hi Tamara 😃It's Mark from Vancouver Island, BC, Canada, sending you a shout out. I really like the results you can get with the OP3 and Film Nitrate. 👌However, due to professional Cinema and Broadcast restraints, I edit with Avid Media Composer, and I do not see it listed as functioning with my particular editing Application. 😢😩 We do grade with DaVinci Resolve, but that is all we do with it. It would be nice to install the Filmconvert Nitrate pluggin right inside of Media Composer for a quick polish and post out.(??) I did drop the company a line to see what they have to say about their pluggin compatibility with AVID, but haven't received a response yet.

@@TamaraGabrielUK The Team at Filmconvert Nitrate got back to me and informed me they no longer support Avid Media Composer due to too little demand for this particular editing application. I was surprised to learn of this, since Avid Media Composer is the Golden Standard for Cinema and Broadcast Television digital content creation.

Thanks for all the videos I added a lumetri in premier pro and it was color grading. I just shot some b-roll footage and didn't like the color so I just wanted to add some color but found the lut might start recording in D-Log M now when filming.
Any benefits to using this over D Log M to Rec 709?
D-Log M to Rec.709 is a conversion from log to a normal colour space. FilmConvert Nitrate is for colour grading; the final look.

It's an effect layer that I got from MotionVFX MotionVFX mvfx.co/TamaraGabriel. If I remember correctly, it was free. You can search Adjustment Layer on the site and it should come up.

I also just found and loaded up a nice free bundle of Adjustment layers from FXFactory with handy tools like colour, defocus, double exposure, duotone, two up frames, Guides (very handy) and a few more. Supports most video editing apps.
I have Film Convert Nitrate, but, I could not find the profile for the OP3. I've emailed them to connect me to it. Thanks for this walkthrough.

Queen! What are you using for your transitions? That right to left pan/warp/zoom around the 1:57 mark was CLEAN!
It was a pack I got from MotionVFX mvfx.co/TamaraGabriel. It's a transition from mJourney, you should be able to search for mJourney on the site.

You can import LUTs to LumaFusion, but if you’re referring to FilmConvert Nitrate, it’s not a LUT it’s a plugin that you download, but it’s not available for LumaFusion.

Hi Tamara, been looking at this for a while to make my OP3 footage look better. I have a question. If you apply cinematch first and say you wanted to make the OP3 look like an Arri camera. Then you want to add film convert to give it a look do you put the source camera as the OP3 or do you now select the Arri camera that you have made the footage look like? Hope this makes sense.
Hey! Yeah, I that makes sense. You'd need to select the Arri camera profile in FilmConvert because the OP3 footage has now assumed the Arri "sensor", effectively.
