I've just lost 42lb doing strict keto and IF for the last 4 months. Now I'm at a size I'm much more confident with and but I'm so miserable food wise. Life just isn't enjoyable without access to gorgeous foods. I'm now going to do whole foods with the odd treat now and then to lose and train to recomposition my body and get it where I want to be and stay there. I've not been able to work out on my current plan because I'm tired. But once I have my glucose stores rebuilt hopefully I can use that excess energy to realise my full potential. Thank you so much for these videos. They're so helpful and give me loads of ideas. I've got this weekend left on keto then starting my new life on Monday. I can't wait to have an apple or a banana or some bread or sweet potato and rice again. I'm so excited. Thanks again for all you do. ❤

I'm trying to (in the process of losing, gotta be positive!) lose 30 pounds -- I'm over 50 and this is the first time in my life I've weighed this much (menopause and hormone changes are a bi&ch!.) I feel weak, out of shape and heavy -- mentally and in my soul. I don't feel like I'm in the body I had for 40+ years because I'm not! Your positive attitude and lovely energy helps me stay on track AND I will never eat food that tastes like crap -- but your recipes are always very delicious, filling and balanced with fats, carbs and protein so I love eating them. Gem squash is my big miss! It’s sooo hard to get them over here, so when I am able to, I practically buy the shop’s entire stock of them!😁

If you ever come across a naartjie at a store you definitely should get it! The flavor is so good almost like a clementine but it’s more tangy and strong I think. In South Africa we even have naartjie flavored Tic Tacs how America has the orange ones. They are so good

Good girl. Looks yum. I want to lose weight NOW! I add boiling water to my muesli or oats. Then its like overnight oats. Then i add soy milk to them. Yum.

It's almost 10g! It's 9g w/ the soy milk and matcha. The matcha powder I used is linked in the description box!

The matcha as a whole is almost 10g protein. The soy milk is simple truth organic unsweetened soy milk (from Kroger) and has 7g protein + 70 cal

30 Lbs in about 12 weeks/ 3 months and a few more months to lose the last 10 lbs
