Preferences in the accounts back up section is a cross device experience and is not necessary if your not linking to other devices or say work accounts. if your a basic home user those settings amount to just being more useless process'es running in the background.
Hi Brent, I have heard that they automatically activate bitlocker in this update? If so, do they give you the encryption code? Any info would be welcome, Thank You/Dankie.

I notice Vivaldi doesn't seem to be getting in any hurry to update even though it's about time for vivaldi one an not just a update to chromium.
I would suggest in the next 2 weeks.
