      I feel for your wife I had not one but 3 bad experiences with a sew in weave and lost a ton of hair and money.
      The only good thing to come from that horrible experience is I've learned about other options that I can do myself.

      Had my daughters father do some of back of my hair last week! It’s really nice you did that for her.
      I learned backwards method, so he didn’t have to do my whole head 🙂

    Just awesome that the stylist chose a client with certain challenges. In particular, a very uneven parameter line. It's easy to show clean work when a client has ideal conditions which is so often done. Very refreshing to see that Mandie, is willing to show us,"real life", situations that help us all build confidence on so many levels. Grateful to you Mandie, for all your positivity! Respect "ThatBlondeGirl". By the way you're looking rather slim these days. Good work girl.

    Beautiful!!! I totally understand the pain about having breakage! Loved this! I just got tape ins, this color blends so well, the hardest part for me is having them blend with my natural hair so you don’t see the line as much. Still working on finding a way but this was super helpful thank you!

    I know this video is old but OMG THANK YOU for the tip on using foil to get the tape off!!!!!!! I’m literally doing it right now. The glue on my current tape Ins is SO TACKY and was taking forever !! Not to mention messy AF. this really works - I found that it’s best to be standing up when your scraping the tape on the foil so you can exert a good amount of pressure. THANK YOU!!!

The journey to heal was over a 2 year period and I started to loss my hair so I did not want to give her anything from me so I shaved it before big "C" was able to. Ha! Ha! So I feel not as confident aa I want and hair is the word. Please never stop being a star that you are for all us. How long does my hair have to be before it will be able for hair extensions? Tape and extensions what would be the best for me. And hey love you abd thanks Tina

    I am so grateful for your channel. I have learned a lot of great pointers from you. I agree that its so important to removed the old adhesive before applying new adhesive. Man die, I did find that a quick shot of a warm blowdryer helped to have the old tape come right off like Ball of glue goo on one of those Credit card “To Whom it may concern”. Literally peels right off like nothing on the tinfoil. Works like a charm! Saves me quite bit of time and sore fingers with zero nimble movement!!!!!💋

    It’s been my life long dream of having long hair since I was a little boy and at this point I’ve dealt with so much breakage from changing my mind on color and random things like people cutting off way too much that maybe I should just get extensions especially because my hair is long enough for that now at least but I’m worried they will look to perfect and not rugged enough but at the same time I really think I could pull it off really well

    I'm looking into getting tape-in extensions for my hair. I want my full head done. I'm just looking to add thickness, I don't want the hair any longer than my length right now. How much would an estimated cost for a full head of extensions, having the length be a little past the shoulders? Also I enjoy your videos very much. I'm going to school for Cosmo in the near future and wanted to ask you if you wanted to make a video of an overview of your school experience and any tips you have regarding getting started in the field of Cosmo. Love you're videos! Thanks!

    • @belindalarissa311
      @belindalarissa311 5 лет назад

      Makayla Luetkenhaus I use extensions to add volume too . You need 150grams to 200grams of hair to add fullness. The cost all depends on the brand of extensions you use . Invisi tab extensions come in 18 and 20 inch lengths. One box of invisi tab extensions is about 500$. But that should get you a full head of extensions. I usually buy two cause I like lots of hair . So cost is 500$ plus installation. And invisi tab extensions are the top of the top quality. There used by celebrities, for modeling shoots etc . Hope this helps .

    I have a couple of questions. How do you determine the amount of hair to pick up for your client for extensions? Is there a calculation? Say fine hair uses X amount of packages. Thick hair uses X amount of packages. I know at Pro Shops in the City I live in, they don't allow returns on hair. And can you explain the "weight-grams" of hair so I know when I am ordering them pretty please!

      When adding length and volume around 300 grams is standard for a good full real looking head of hair. Anywhere from 200 to 400 grams :) it depends on the clients natural hair thickness as well.

    Can you tell me what kind of tape you use. I have had my extensions fall out easily.
