@jessi, several others have asked, havent seen the reply yet. after you remove the extensions I know you wash and prep the hair, but what about the extensions themselves. without washing it doesn't the remover cause the tape to not stick to the actual extension properly? what do you recommend for same day, quick service. normally the process takes a long time to prep the extensions again for re install
I was wondering the same exact thing. You definitely could not reapply these without them being shampooed and dried. Is my thoughts. @Jessi??

Since you put remover on the extensions when you go to put new tape on them won’t they be kinda gross from the remover? Did you re wash them before re taping the extensions?

Hey Jess! Love your videos. Looking forward to trying your line of extensions soon. Love the idea of the placement mat/grid, I use something very similar to help me out with re-installs. Just a tip if you remove the extensions top to bottom, place them on your grid reversed. Then the bottom pieces will be on top of the mat when you go to re-install. It's helped me a lot doing it that way, just thought I would pass it on 🙂

When you were cutting her hair I noticed in the back of your head there were 3 shiny strips down the parting. Are those the strips of your own extensions?

When is the placement guide coming back in stock?
Question: How do you know where the extensions go after you take them off the map to retape them?? I noticed you just set them off to the side. Is there a way to "re-attach" them to the map in their place? Usually I retape while the client is processing. The video is kind of confusing at that point?? ok but don't you wash them I cant see putting dirty hair back into a client.
I mean I even wash my clients weaves prior to doing weaves.

Great vid but the upspeak makes you seem very unsure of yourself. Like your questioning what you are doing. You are not, but the upspeak does.

@@justjessiiii everybody's wondering if you washed those extensions first before putting the adhesive back on and before reinstalling them? I'm guessing you did take the time to do that but you didn't show that process? So that's why it looks like it's a quicker process? Can you clear that up for us?

Love your little doggie! And love your videos! I tried extensions this past year and each time my hairdresser removes them, she combs out small clumps of hair. She says those are the hairs I would normally be losing but the extensions hold them in. Does this make sense? I didn’t see anything like that in your video. Now I’m worried.
It is. Your hair sheds 100 hairs a day. The shed hair has nowhere to go so it stays at the root and where the extension tape was. Totally normal to have a hair ball when your done.
Yes, it's 100% true. This is a normal part of the hair growth process. The hair grows from a follicle, there are several phases in a cycle. At the end of the cycle hair naturally sheds. Many factors effect an individual's hair growth, cycle duration & maximum length of hair growth.

How many grams of hair are in 1 quantity of tape in just so when I purchase I know how many to get

Hi JZ I really enjoy your videos but the sound is not so good. Maybe a microphone would make your voice more pleasant. It almost sounds like you are talking loud to allow yourself to be heard. (this is when you are standing behind the chair) not the voiceover.

Zhanna Muchnik she did wash it muliple times. While lightening and toning the extensions weren't in her hair.
