Sponge cake | Beginner's recipe! One-time whipping! Soft and tasty!

  • • Ingredients: sponge cake
    Eggs 8(each about 60 grams) 0:26,
    White granular sugar 200 grams 0:44,
    Milk 60 grams (or any kind of juice) 0:49,
    SP cake oil (cake emulsifier) 15 grams 1:00,
    Flour(all-purpose flour or low-protein flour) 200 grams 2:06,
    Oil 60 grams 2:35,
    The size of the baking tray is 32cm*28cm. Any tray with the similar size will be fine.
    • Baking temperature(for an 80L oven): preheat the oven with 160 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Put it on the lower rack of oven and bake it for 35-40 mins. Take it out when it looks good. As the cake receives higher heat in a smaller oven, we suggest reducing the temperature by 5 degrees for every 10-liter reduction in the oven capacity.
    • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。

    竟然还有蛋糕油这种神器!必须学起来。不得不说,自己曾经跟着其他视频学做过分蛋的戚风,真的很难做。主要是蛋白和蛋黄的比例还有蛋白的打发十分考验耐心和经验,掌握不好蛋白打发的时候,到了后期不管做什么都会疯狂消泡😂一度十分崩溃。看视频,感觉加了这个蛋糕油,全蛋打发十分稳定!👍

      但是蛋糕油新手辅助就行,熟练了可以去掉,长时间吃不太好。

    查了一下,蛋糕油含棕櫚油,反式脂肪酸,不太健康,有沒有替代方案呢請問?相信普通家庭做蛋糕自己吃,都想避免使用這類產品的

      可以不放,不放也一样做,但是新手可能会失败,这样成功率高很多

    200克白砂糖太可怕了。。。分5次吃,每次就40克,超过了成年人每日上限

      不行的,两种材料不一样的,没有可以不放哈,但是做起来容易失败,需要一定经验判断

      是国内一家小厂生产的,志高牌,很便宜900元,但是比贵一些的质感差不少,我是为了搭配背景买的这个色,用起来还可以。
