One thing that always gets me with your videos, bobby, is how carefree you are with your finished work. Most people would be so much more precious about it, but you just randomly stab it with your pencil, add to it just for a tutorial, run your fingers over it etc etc (I know the wax helps it no smudge but still! ) :D It's novel is all ;)
Ha thanks man! When you draw as long as I have been, you just get to a point where you know you'll produce another piece. I make sure I leave each original sketch I do open for more add-ons later.

This is amazing! I can't wrap my head around how it is humanly possible to create such a detailed image with graphite strokes on paper. It is beyond my comprehension what part of the final project the artist has in his head from the beginning and what part is born spontaneously during the creation process.
That's why I find this drawing incredibly stunning!

Seen you channel in my feed, love some of the designs all are unique but specifically for my character design for a reveal in my own manga. You definitely help view a different perspective! I’ve been low on creativity lately so when I found your channel I started going through these videos. I love seeing the product build with commentary and I realize that I have the same random pencil flow texturing method (or whatever it’s called) that I figured out in my own time, it works REALLY well for wrinkly skin or rougher surfaces and it’s my favorite thing to do. i am very much self-taught when it comes to that though

Ive applied your tips with my botanical art its helped alot!😊 also i applied anna mason hyper realistic water color echniques by drawing the shadows its amazing where you can find alternatives in other categories including monster art!! The fundamental method you use is so easy for drawings of plant textures barks woody stems hairy leaves ect 🍃
