The content in this video reminds me of younger me when I was 13, I drew myself as how I want myself to be in the future on a piece of A4 paper. Then I list down all the stuff and things that I want to be and want to achieve. After doing that, I kept the paper in a document and never look at it again. It wasn't until I was 16 or 17 that I found the paper again when I was doing some spring cleaning and surprisingly I achieved most of the stuff and things that I've written down, looking back I'm grateful that I did it. I've changed a lot all those years and now I'm still growing and learning. So I love this idea of visualizing your ideal future self and the things you want to achieve! Thank you again Aileen 😊😊💕💕🌻🌻

But with you I feel like you are so genuine and pleasant that I love listening to you, following your ideas, and tweaking them a bit here and there to better apply to my life. And this series with all these exercises are so perfect for my current 16 year old self. It almost feels like i've manifested it into my life :)

Thank you for this series, Aileen. It is nothing new under the sun, but the way you present it is so fresh, soothing, inspiring and motivating. I am glad you turned your life around to greet us with your videos instead of pursuing a career in corporate America. Haha! Not that climbing a corporate ladder is a bad thing of course! I am a wife and a mother, as well as working at one of the biggest corporations in my country, and in 2013 I reached 2 important points in my life: becoming a mother, and got my own corner office! Love my job, my life, and love this series! I definitely will get down and envision my life in the next 3 years instead of just yearly goals that I usually do now.

To all the sceptics and those who disliked the video: I did a similar exercise in February 2016, I just closed my eyes and imagined my dream life in 3 years to the very little details, and then wrote everything down. I've read what I wrote every morning for 2 weeks. The conclusion is that it works! It really does! Would I be in the same state of mind as I am right now without doing this exercise? Would I be so courageous, would I spent 2.5 years in building an infrastructure for my dream life? Would I achieve so many goals, would I come this far? Probably not. Frankly speaking, I did not complete my list to 100%. I know, I still have half a year left, but there are high chances that it will take a bit longer, maybe an additional year or so. So until February 2019 I will have 70% instead of 100%. That's fine. Actually, that's a great result. I am still proud of what I've achieved, of the things that I've learned on my way, and I feel that I'm on the right track. Good luck everyone!!
