hi Aileen! I recently just graduated college and didn't realize that I was on autopilot until my senior year of college. It finally hit me that I was just following and doing what others and my parents wanted me to do. But I too, desire the things you wanted in life; financial freedom, doing what you love, being creative, helping others, freedom, work whenever and wherever you want, and all that! I have started journaling more to figure out what I want and what my dream life would look like and it's helped me so much with being more clear! I can't wait to incorporate these questions that you have in your video to my journal! Now, it's kinda the hard part, figuring out how I can achieve these desires and what to do to get to each step.
My ideal dream life look like having peace of mind, joy, financially independent, exploring the world, being nice and kind to others, finding joy in little moments.💓

To be honest having a hard time right now...its like i can't figure out what to do next...its like i am lacking behind and i can't find any meaning in it. my dream life is traveling as a digital nomad for most of the year :) working online, passive income, and enjoying my days in a new city with other cool people... so more cool cosmopolitan than backpacker with one set of shoes haha working to make this happen by next year!
I have phases of dream life Phase 1) I’m in school, studying and dating. I’m in a cute studio apartment and I’m working from home. I have a dog and a cat and I’m meeting interesting people Phase 2) I’m working and traveling, having fun (still single) and becoming more cultured Phase 3) I’ve settled down, own a farm and rescue dogs and other animals. Maybe I get married and adopt kids. I’m homeschooling them and creating a better generation. I’m independent and at at peace with my life. No regrets

Thank you for sharing your experience and explaining the steps so succinctly. I am actually in my 50s and 10 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer: I was 44, a single mother of a 5-year-old boy, and thousands of miles away from my family. This diagnosis was a wake-up call, so I started my personal growth journey. I am waaaaay happier now, happier than I have ever been. I have started working on that dream life. I know it takes time and effort, but it's totally possible and definitely worth it. I will keep watching your videos and taking notes.
This is so hard for me because I'm such a bohemian soul. I like to be unstructured and spontaneous, that's what truly makes me happy, to be able to get up in the morning and decide that morning how I want to spend it. Feeling free to direct my own paths.
I want to focus on my education, starting a career I enjoy, my spirituality, and my fitness first. I feel like I don’t have to worry about money since the money will come once I start my career. I have a part time job now, but I’m not in lack (thankfully).
This is no coincidence! I seen a video similar to this one back in 2018 when I found out about Aileen. I was going through a lot then, had no direction in my life and had major anxiety. Now, I’m working my dream job and starting to live a life that I’m proud of. It’s cool how things come full circle.

Knowing you live at your mom's place gave me so much reassurance, ngl. I also live at my mom's and it seems I'll be here much longer than anticipated, since I returned to University a couple years ago and I can't afford to live anywhere else atm. Anyway returning to University even though I'm in my 30s is part of my plan to build my dream life, so I have to have patience! But it's so hard when my mom's so incredibly controlling. "My house, my rules" sort of thing. I'm not allowed to go out by myself, travel, etc. If I do, it's a terrible time bc she won't leave me alone. She's an artist at making you feel guilty for being happy 😅 But I'm okay because I know it's temporary. Anyway this video helped me so much to remind myself why I'm trying this University thing all over again. lol

I totally understand the desire to have a physical close knit group who shares your same values. I have the same values as you and I struggle to find them in my area too! But I’ve discovered in my dream life is that I’m meant to share my mess as a message to help others who feel lost, confused, stuck, or hopeless in their journey of life and feel less alone. I’m learning to sculpt out the time to get serious and dedicate to my blog and RUclips. Clarified in my dream life: I am able to play tennis multiple times a week because I have flexibility in my work schedule, where I'm my own boss. I travel internationally 4x per year, and a few more times nationally to visit family and friends. I enjoy cooking because I have time to make it taste good, as well as healthy. I have lots of time for experiencing new hikes with my boyfriend and our dog. Thanks for the video! 💚 Excellent information.

But because of this I’m lost. I have a dream life I want to build, but I have no idea where to start and I begin to second guess myself, feeling like I can’t catch up with society. I want to focus on my education, starting a career I enjoy, my spirituality, and my fitness first. I feel like I don’t have to worry about money since the money will come once I start my career. I have a part time job now, but I’m not in lack (thankfully).
This is no coincidence! I seen a video similar to this one back in 2018 when I found out about Aileen. I was going through a lot then, had no direction in my life and had major anxiety. Now, I’m working my dream job and starting to live a life that I’m proud of. It’s cool how things come full circle.

Knowing you live at your mom's place gave me so much reassurance, ngl. I also live at my mom's and it seems I'll be here much longer than anticipated, since I returned to University a couple years ago and I can't afford to live anywhere else atm. Anyway returning to University even though I'm in my 30s is part of my plan to build my dream life, so I have to have patience! But it's so hard when my mom's so incredibly controlling. "My house, my rules" sort of thing. I'm not allowed to go out by myself, travel, etc. If I do, it's a terrible time bc she won't leave me alone. She's an artist at making you feel guilty for being happy 😅 But I'm okay because I know it's temporary. Anyway this video helped me so much to remind myself why I'm trying this University thing all over again. lol

I totally understand the desire to have a physical close knit group who shares your same values. I have the same values as you and I struggle to find them in my area too!
But I’ve discovered in my dream life is that I’m meant to share my mess as a message to help others who feel lost, confused, stuck, or hopeless in their journey of life and feel less alone. I’m learning to sculpt out the time to get serious and dedicate to my blog and RUclips. I plan on uploading my video next week about my return and updates cos ya girl was gone for awhile and is ready to get down to business!

Clarified in my dream life: I am able to play tennis multiple times a week because I have flexibility in my work schedule, where I'm my own boss. I travel internationally 4x per year, and a few more times nationally to visit family and friends. I enjoy cooking because I have time to make it taste good, as well as healthy. I have lots of time for experiencing new hikes with my boyfriend and our dog.
