The voice of Tarja is so perfect ... so smooth. Still the best. A pleasure to revisit this era of Nightwish
I've learned that Tarja has an Opera background before becoming a singer for Nightwish. It certianly explains how great her voice really is.

Real Nightwish fans love all eras. When you only listened at Tarja and are skipping them since 2005 then you have never really appreciated Jukka or Tuomas or Marko Emppuetc you have never been a real fan. Real fans love all eras despite having a favorite singer

I love Tarja. However, the best combination in Nightwisch is Hanko and Floor.

Floor = queen of rock, queen valkyrie.
And there's another one, not from Nightwisch. Noora Louhimo, the queen of metal.

This is my favorite nightwish song too. But I kind of stopped listening to them after giving anette a shot. It didn't feel the same without Tarja. But I missed out completely on giving Floor a chance so that's what I'm doing today.

My sister loves Metal, and loves Nightwish, I held her hand and we listen to this song as she passed away losing her battle to cancer on November 11/19/2020. I will never forget this song or her. I love you Crystal, may you find rest.

Nightwish and Tarja like nothing can be better designed for metal music on Earth. Songs are powerful and timed with instrumental as well as beats ...just awesome to hear over and over again. Nothing compares to this .

Classic Nightwish! I love Marco's voice and this is one of the songs that showcases it best. It's such a great counterbalance to both Tarja's and Floor's. He actually SINGS, not growls (not that I don't like growls, lol). And Tarja is just her amazing self, but honestly, Marco rocks this hard.
Brilliant. I was fortunate enough to see Tarja and Marco live on stage at a smaller venue during the Once tour. Something like that sticks with you. It was phenomenal. A song which beat showcases Marco‘s awesome voice would be ‚The Islander‘ ... chills every time I listen to that.

I've discovered Nightwish like a decade ago and it's crazy to realize how it stuck with me. They were indeed my entrance to metal and I still love their old stuff a lot!
I am just now catching up with these Nightwish videos .. they are amazing
Oh my god, so many memories. This is the song that got me into Nigthwish, that ended up becoming a lifestyle for me (i was 14 back then), to the point of travelling to Helsinki to assist to the End of an Era concert, which was a unforgettable experience. As good as the next Nightwish singers were, Tarja will always have a spot in my heart, her voice was so inspiring in so many ways, and made me dream of a brand new world. Thank you.

This song is my childhood. My mom always listened to nightwish in the car and I grew up with their music. It somehow makes me nostalgic right now listening to them again. Although I usually listen to very different genres, I still love their music and come back to their songs.
