I have two columns. In Column 2 (the longer list of numbers), I want to highlight the numbers that are in Column 1. I do NOT want to highlight the duplicates WITHIN Column 2. Is this possible?
How do you compare two columns? I have searched and searched. I have two columns of numbers and want to have one cell at the top that simply will tell me if ANY records in column A exist in Column B.

thanks for this. As much as I like countif/s sumif/s functions its very resource heavy. For big data sets it causes excel to lag and freeze
