hi i am not getting zero volts out but my battery is reading 30volts is that enough for it the output any volts. my battery has a volts output of nominal volts 36volts does my battery need more charing i have misplaced my charger help me out
Minimum voltage on a 36v nominal voltage battery is around 28v. I assume the 30v is from the charging port? But the charger may not consider that enough. You shoukd be able to get someone to get it over 30v
@octapc its currently saying 29volts il take it to battery worlds for them to check the battery and if they would able to charge the battery and get 36 volts
@@nikcvetkovski You have to test the voltage coming out of the charger first, which should be 42v. If the proper voltage is coming out then you can assume the battery has a problem.

@octapc ok i got a charger but its. ot charging the batterg the green light stays on not charing to red light
