You should check what model you have and buy same, if its version 2.1 you should have NCEP85T14 if other, it may be random.
With trembling motor issue you get no guarantee that replacing mosfet will fix it unfortunately :c

Hello my scooter don’t power and I think it’s could be the controller. I have a controller 3.1 and I cants see LED LIGHTS. Maybe the controller is really demaged. Have the 3.1 version led lights ? The transistors are not demaged. I checket it.

I would bet it is controller fault, I had something similar with damaged ones.

Good day to you Adam! My Xiaomi M365 reads only the data from battery cell packs 8 to 10, but when I connect the faulty battery to another scooter controller it reads voltages from all the cell packs. It also doesn't show the controller ID. That makes me think it is the controller's fault. What do you think, will controller replacement fix the issue? Have you encountered anything similar? Is it possible to fix the controller?
I've tested the mosfets and they seem to be ok. I understand that it's a complicated matter, nevertheless, I would really appreciate it if you could find time to help me.

      Hello,
Very very strange, never experienced that behaviour, only 2 states: working OR burnt (not working) :D
Issue is very complicated, first I would investigate firmware on controller, SHFW for example has option to simulate BMS so you could have totally different readings than original ones from real BMS.
I would try to update firmwares what are possible without locking the speed/install SHFW etc. I would say issue might be software related because there is serial communication bus between dashboard/controller/battery, so if something is cut, nothing would show.

@@HobbyWithAdam Thank you for the quick answer! I will focus on the firmware then.

@@HobbyWithAdam You were right, I've updated the firmware and it fixed the issue. Thank you, Adam! I was about it buy another controller lol.
