How to cook Easy Milkfish Sarciado l Foodie Avenue

Hello Foodies! My family loves Sarciado, so to satisfy our cravings at the moment, I cooked Sarciado using milkfish fillets. As expected, my boys were truly satisfied with it.
Here are the ingredients:
4 milkfish fillets (I used Century brand)
salt
flour for dredging
garlic
onion
tomatoes
fish sauce
crushed pepper
2 cups water
3 beaten eggs
spring onions for garnishing
