I tried everything was OK , but paratha goes hard not soft like yours , do i need to use non stick thin tawa ? i use very heavy thick tawa , i think that the only mistake i did .. anyway please upload methi paneer hara masala ... please ....i am from Bihar India ..Thanks

hi Van Dinh i just demonstrated for one piece,however it depends on the dough if u take 1 bowl /cup of wheat flour you can make two of it .
