It has lot of oil but is still healthier than maida parotha.a little bit of oil can bbavoided accord to our taste but there will b slight difference in texture and over all taste.
Mam i tried ur recipe of ukdiche modak yesterday only but the coconut stuffing got dried even sauting it in ghee and added jaggery and that rice dough was also got quite hard ....and while making the pleats the dough started getting cracks i wetted my hands and added 1 tbsp ghee still.......
