Set of spark plugs might help.
But hearing that engine. I think it’s due for a hone and a set of piston rings.

Why didn't you change the oil? The spark plugs? Did you drain and get new fuel?

Just swap out that junk put sbc 350 and a 4 or 5 speed trans 9 inch rear 373 gear then have fun

Atleast use a toyota or lexus v8.
Its a common coversion.
