I appreciate the way you respectfully disagreed with ID's fantasy before stating your theory. It is to be commended. I like that I'm seeing FNAF theorising becoming a dialogue.
I agree you that Burntrap and Mimic are distinct. They look too distinct to be the same bot.
I like that you've looked at Vanny from a mental health point of view. Its a very valid interpretation. I'm genuinely curious though, how do you explain Vanny on the roof? (Or did I blank your argument?).
    Interesting video!

In the novel of the FNAF film, Vanessa is treated with very strange words, so as Matpat pointed out, this is a huge clue for Vanessa to be a robot.

Vanessa and Gregory is not on same team. Vanessa not even know Gregory. She first found about him from Glamrock Freddy voice and she even search Gregory name in database because she dont know him.
Vanny different, from disk we know Gregory already meet Vanny before. Gregory now possessed by something or someone.
PQ releasing Vanessa is just a theory, the same as the Gregory and Vanessa sealing mimic, its based on weak clues and just interpretation.
Also for context, the Vanessa with purple jacket isn't Vanessa, its Vanny, we see the mask taken off at princess quest ending.

While i understand the similarities, Vanessa and Vanny are NOT like DID. I completely get that it's just a comparation between the two, but still. Vanessa's splitting between Vanny and Ness is not caused by trauma, but by a digital infection. The same happened in arounf 2021/2022 with the Daycare Attendant, people trying to say that he represented a DID, when that's hisprogramation. I get the comparisons made, i don't like using DID as a ""parallel"" to Vanny/Vanessa/Sun/Moon.
What i do like and rescue of this, is an explaination i made myself when i first saw that ending: my explaination was that Vanessa was having a dissociative experience. She was having so much pain, that she began having this metaphorical feeling of being outside her body, or from a long distance, which is a feeling a lot of people with traumatic and dissociative disorders do have or had in real life (It's a way of disconnecting from yourself in moments of pain, it's called Extracorporeal Experience, and it's pretty interesting). I also heard an interpretation that that ending was a representation of Vanessa's conciousness still trapped in the Pizzaplex. Not her ghost, her conciousness (Which is basically the same in FNAF's terms). In that ending, she's still trapped in the PQ arcades.
I think Vanny is an AI within Vanessa's mind. She is basically the same as Glitchtrap, but she's a branch of him. She can take control over her. Vanny copies the exact moves of Glitchtrap, which leads me to believe they are the same program, but as shown in HW 2, not the same entity. Which wouldn't make sense if Vanessa is a different thing than Vanny. So, i liked the video, i don't like any VRSisters/VannyNotVanessa theories.

2 things for you, 1 using In-Universe stuff, the other a supporting case from another franchise:
1: On the DID thing, there is a Batman storyline [Kingdom Come IIRC] where The Bat disassociates so hard, it grows to resent Bruce Wayne and attempts to assassinate Bruce, so he can be Batman full time.
2: Since she is presumably dead [or near dead], in the Rooftop ending. the roof Vanessa could be her spirit viewing itself [I believe there was a Tales story about this]. Either the Glitchtrap Anomaly possesses her fully and ejects Vanessa from Vanny [like the Batman trying to kill Bruce Wayne story] or the trauma of the fall ghosts her, with the pizzaplex itself becoming her Fetter [to borrow a term from Wraith: the Pblivion. Fetters in Wraith are items, people or locations that were important to a Wraith in life that help it not fade into Oblivion, like Remnant and Afton's corpse]
