Every time I have a pancreatic attack I turn to this sound to help me ride through the excruciating pain that comes with having chronic pancreatitis. We are blessed to have this knowledge. I literally lowered the blood sugar (ate a bunch of marshmallows too late in the day). It went from 9.2 to 6.20 ( Canadian values) in less than 27 minutes. I took a before after reading. I didn't believe for one second that it would work.
In America we call those numbers your A1C numbers. If you have a monitor and it gives mg/dl you calculate (mg/dL + 46.7) / 28.7 to get your A1c %
I have a continuous glucose monitor and I could actually see the glucose level turn around and fall steeply.😮

I just found this. Am playing it for the 1st time. I am hopeful. I have stage 3 pancreas cancer, I refuse to pollute and kill myself with chemo. I've been feeling a weird sensation on the right side of my body for a couple of days, I don't know what it is. It's not very painful most of the time, it's mostly annoying, only ocassionally hurts a little. Well, idk why I decided to click on this video but I'm glad I did. I still have that weird sensation BUT something definitely is happening on that area. I can feel the energy moving and like something "popped" and it's beginning to be unblocked (sorry for this lame explanation, english is not my first language). I am gonna keep playing this! Listened to this yesterday. Was very constipated and I have, since many years problems with low energy depression and sleeplessness etc. I found it very calming and soothing to listen to this and started to feel 'energized' in my solarplexus and abdomen area, where I often feel the opposite.
Today I finally had my stools (first time in 5 days) and I feel a lot better.
I also think I have figured out what has been blocking my energy for many years. I have a lot of resistance to a lot of things to be short. @VADHAJTAS it helps relax me so thus it helped but ive been walking almost daily and cutting down my carb intake. I am on one pill a day and recently found out im pregnant so it helped stirred me in the right direction. Also better sleep helps and eating smaller meals and lots of water.
