Irene, you are a Goddess of the sound bowls. My sleep quality has always been somewhat good but I have always been a light sleeper. Then, I discovered you. Ever since, I got to sleep so deeply, soundly and peacefully all night long. I feel really well rested in the morning, even if I've slept for about 4 hours only. Love the vagus nerve restoration.
