Hi guys!!🙋♀️ What a rich honey amber glow. The music of the singing bowls sounds different to me tonight. And not in a bad way. There is a strength to it somehow. It feels, deeper in its frequency. As if I am sitting in Church, with its high baroque ceilings, ornate with reds and golds, but being keenly aware of the music playing in the same space with me. Hubby and I were in a pinch. Our lease is up at end of April. We were days away from signing a lease on an expensive, tiny home. Just yesterday we saw a 1-day-old rental listing, inquired, toured, and got chosen. Signed the lease today! This place is beautiful, bigger, and cheaper! God is good. I never lost faith 🙏🏼

My kids were acting like crazy monkeys and would not settle for book-time. I tried the usual rain noise etc. Then this popped on. With in 15 min they were relaxed. Then asleep 10 mins after that! I usually use this for my own meditation but now definitely adding to bedtime here and there. Thank you!!

Hello and Namista to all I jus started meditating over the summer for the first time I have to say it made me feel fierce and focused in so many ways I've been in a wheelchair for 7 months I have no cartilage on my hips I'm in constant pain all the time plus suffer from depression and anxiety I'm sapose to have a hip replacement surgery on both of them I can't wait because I want to walk again and move on with my life anyway meditating is really real and it works wonders..ok thanks and love your self Namista...

My 7 year old son had insomnia and came to my bed and still couldn't sleep. I played this video for him with headphones and asked him to be very calm and silent. In just 5 minutes he was snoring.

Was falling asleep and the super loud ad woke me up and then I couldn’t fall back asleep 🫠😠
Cannot sleep from ongoing horror in Gaza…can’t eat either. I feel I deserve this from unknowingly being complicit in how we got to where we are now. I don’t feel I deserve anything while this is happening…so much pain in the ether. I will close my eyes and try 😣. Thank you for your work 🙏🇵🇸🕯️
