I started off my solfeggio frequency journeyey with watching this video and I would listen to this whenever I felt overwhelmed or had anxiety or just flat out had a bad day. But I’ve learned not to wait until things got that way before I listened and I started implementing it into my daily prayer/talks with god and I can’t explain it or won’t try to but Every single aspect of my life has improved DRASTICALLY ever since!!! I think he's saying whatever it is that you believe in... show your gratitude for it daily and communicate for clarity and understanding daily instead of waiting until you actually need help to pray and ask for help.... then things will flow smoother overall... that's what I got out of it, at least... I talk to God, but for some people, God is the universe , or humans and our connections, or the earth and all its energy... but whatever you believe in.. give gratitude daily and communicate daily..... 🙏🏽 I hope this helps. I began listening to this a week ago. And I swear, after the first time, I actually felt mentally like I hadn’t in over 10 years. I actually felt optimistic and energetic. I just couldn’t believe that I could feel like that ever again after suffering 2 brain injuries within 6 years.

You can buy your own tuning forks which is better than listening to it on your phone or computer imo. There’s also sound stones that make sounds at different frequencies when you rub them.

If they are hours long, I sleep with earbuds in my ears. They all help while you sleep.
Also helps if the tones were actually correct. Example 528 here is actually 540. None of these tones are correct. It’s just for views. I have a frequency sound machine. 98%of these online videos are not the correct frequencies.
@@sueelliott4793 as annoying as it would be, I can give you a site that has pure tones. Keep volume low and sleep through it with ear buds in. You’ll wake up like feeling different. Over time, played enough, it does work in many ways.

- sleep schedule, good food, meditation
- Bashar & other spiritual teachings (look him up)
- running, yoga, Lifting weights.
- pursuing passion and letting go of people that do not align with your true self.

I tune my guitar to the 432hz it always stays in tune a lot longer. I’m starting to meditate to these frequencies.
I wondered how much of the response here is placebo. I can’t be hypnotized, sadly. I’m skeptical about all woo woo crap. BUT, I feel less cranky now. Some tones annoyed me more than others. Finally covered my eyes and found the right volume. Feeling betters. Hmmm

Agree with you. It's people repeating the woo-woo to make money off of YT. Some sounds were awful. But the woo-woo crowd will blindly follow because they're brainwashed by the toxic "spiritual" movement. Brainwashed and unthinking people follow the woo-woo trends even though they may not be beneficial.
