3:45 Am I went out to look at the beautiful moon; eclipse day, lunar super moon didn’t disappoint! My husband walked with me in our robes ha ha then we sat out neighbors and my other neighbors I just text to see if she saw the moon. We all sat on their porch and watched the moon, and massively excited to see the transformation.

i was doing something...and i was overtaken with a soft, diffuse feeling of almost dizziness, but not unpleasant.. Laid my head down and closed my yes and as I listened I began to cry. Not full on sobbing, just gently so. Why did that happen? Is it a good thing?
It's absolutely a good thing. If you read the description, it mentions some physical reactions to this kind of video. Some of these warn not to operate machines while listening.
Your body released some kind of pain or trauma you experienced in the past and stored somewhere in it. This is good. No one teaches us to release those regularly, so the body will release itself when it finds a peaceful chance like these frequencies. Some of us have much to release unknowingly.
