My theory as to why the heat proof armor doesn’t work in the desert is that it has a internal cooling system to protect Link from the volcano, but it doesn’t work in the desert because sand gets in its gears

It's been a while since I've laughed that much! Also, in my opinion one of the only things missing to make BotW a perfect game is a Climbing Gear set bonus that allow climbing in the rain, as well as a real reward for collecting all 900 Koroks seeds.
When you use a normal bow and shoot an arrow at an object, you can then pick the arrow back up; however, if you use the duplex bow, the arrow becomes nonexistent after it hits its target.
There are a couple spots that will drop the same number of arrows that the bow shoots and you can multiply arrows by shooting at them like the cooking pot at the bazaar in the desert oasis.
Somehow Link carries with him 20 swords, 13 bows, 20 sheilds, dozens of sets of clothing, and armour, hundreds of arrows, hundreds of fruirs, veggies, bugs, fish, lizards, gemstones, monster parts, and guardian parts, and pre-cooked meals, yet he has no backpack
I thought you would've mentioned how we find Beedle at every stable we visit. How is he able to get between them so quickly? & when you do it at night it's even weirder, bcuz shouldn't he be asleep? Some other odd things I've noticed are: - we can still use the paraglider in Death Mountain 🌋 despite it being wooden - Link eats all that food & never needs to use the bathroom - The Koroks are immune to the cold in snowy ❄ 🧊 regions, the drought in Gerudo desert 🏜 🌵 & the heat in Death Mountain 🌋 🔥
1) He just travels a lot 2) How do you know it's wooden? 3) When has anyone in a video game ever needed to use the bathroom as a game mechanic? 4) How does that make no sense?
ok...so Hyrule has 5 separate "races", basically: the Hylians, like Link and Zelda; the Gerudo, who are similar to Hylians, and probably closely related...but are quite a bit bigger for some reason; the Zora; the Rito, who are apparently the result of an evolutionary split from the Zora; and the Gorons...each of which had a champion representing them in the fight against Ganon. For some reason, tho, after playing BotW a LOT, as well as being a dedicated fan since the first Zelda game was released (I'm old. Shut up.), it just now clicked in my head that there's actually another race: the Koroks. Why did they not get a champion to represent them? They're a sentient and intelligent species in Hyrule. They obviously have members of their species that are quite big. They clearly have various skills that are useful. I feel like there's an injustice happening here. I mean...you interact with them A LOT in BotW, as well as a few other games. So what's the story? Are they just too peaceful to fight?? Since their Lord and Savior the great Deku tree helps Link A LOT in order to defeat Ganon, and since the Koroks are the guardians of the greatest weapon in Hyrule, and offer to help Link carry as many weapons as possible...I don't think that's the case. They definitely support the war against Ganon and his monsters. They also possess abilities that could be useful in that war, and they don't seem to be cowardly at all. So what's the deal? Are they actually more involved than we think? Do they serve as spies or something?? Then there's the fact that the other races all seem to represent different areas within Hyrule. The Zora represent the waters; the Gerudo represent the desert; the Rito represent the skies and the mountains; and the Gorons represent the volcano (a.k.a. Death Mountain). The Hylians don't seem to be a "tribal" race like the others, and don't really represent anything specific...except maybe the kingdom itself. The Divine Beasts also represent the various elements of water; sky; desert; and volcano in Hyrule...but despite the many forests of all kinds, and the fact that these forests often play major roles in the story...the forests and trees aren't represented with a Divine Beast or a champion....despite that what is arguably the most powerful being in all of Hyrule aside from perhaps Ganon, IS A TREE. #justiceforkoroks
@@Drakenwild Sheikah aren't a race...I guess I should've used the word "species" in my original comment. Anyway...the Sheikah are Hylians, as are the Yiga. And the Sheikah didn't wield their technology, because most of them had died out. They barely existed anymore...and also, the technology was created by ancient Sheikah. None that were still alive knew anything about it. It was Zelda's idea to restore and use the technology.
@@TimPetrone are Sheikah Hylians? Where in the games is that stated? I'm pretty sure they were always treated like another race, their special traits being white hair and red eyes. (And Yiga are obviously a sub group of the Sheikah.)
@@Drakenwild I've never seen any Sheikah (or Yiga) with white hair and red eyes. Not saying there's never been one...only that I've never seen one. Their descendants certainly don't have those traits. Pretty sure the Sheikah are a clan of Hylians, and the Yiga were Sheikah that were corrupted, and started their own clan. Most Sheikah descendants do seem to have lighter-colored hair (not the case with the Yiga, as we can see from the travelers you encounter in BotW)...but that isn't enough of a unique trait to qualify them as a separate race or species (again...I originally used the word "race", when I should've said "species". The Zora, Rito, Gorons, Koroks, Gerudo, and Hylians are all separate species. We know the Rito evolved from the Zora, and I think it's obvious the Gerudo and the Hylians share common ancestry...but maybe ALL of the species share common ancestry if you go far enough back?? It doesn't really matter, but personally I'd be interested in knowing that history.
@@TimPetrone my bad, red eyes thing is just Impa in OoT. But other than that, every Sheikah in BotW is white haired and they seem to be completely different group, culturally and historically speaking, that was at best allied with Hylians. I suppose species-wise it is actually pretty hard to tell if they are supposed to be different than Hylians but they certainly are treated as a separate group, so I think they should be counted as such. As for Yiga, I think they are actually black haired, whatever hair color they have when disguised is probably just that, a disguise.
But who says that the heat isn’t present at a place where you are literally surrounded by lava? Even the food is being roasted immediately while being exposed to the surrounding
Great video! Here's some of my thoughts: - Why is it absolutely necessary to stand next to a campfire to let some time pass? You should be able to wait anywhere and anytime you like, campfire or not. - It's been mentioned you can fool the Gerudo guards in your woman disguise even when you change clothes right in front of them. However, the same logic doesn't apply to night time bone enemies; if you dress yourself with the Radiant kit in front of them, they won't be stupid as Gerudos guards and will continue to attack you, and the same logic applies to Kilton's masks. - I don't understand why Kilton, who offers some rare and specialized items, also sells wooden mops, one of the crappiest weapons you can find for free everywhere. - Not only you can eat a meal while swimming and climbing, but you can also change all your clothes or toggle weapons and shields. You can even do all of that when the enemy is at one inch from smashing your face. - Special powers such as Revali's Gale recharge only when completely depleted. Why not starting recharging right away when you have used at least once? - You are able to carry so much of insanely bulky equipment and materials, but you can't carry a simple cooking pot; If you want to cook something, you have to move yourself and all your stuff to the next cooking pot sitting somewhere. Oddly enough, you can carry a soup ladle and the pot's lid with you, but you won't cook anything with that, but kick some ass. - Talking about carrying tons of objects, at some point, you can buy a house in Hateno village. Beside being the goal of a side quest, being used to restore all your hearts and have a steady cooking pot, the house could have been so much more useful as a warehouse. You can actually store three weapons, three bows and three shield on mounts provided by Bolson, but how about the shed behind the house? Nope! - Long time after you bought the house from Bolson in Hateno village, why he's still loitering on your property with Karson all day long? When you talk to him, he tells you he wants to find himself a wife to settle down with, and that you should do the same as well, because time waits for no one. Oh well... The only thing I see is that he's settled down in front of my house, dressed with pink pants with another man.

Why does the metal armors don’t get hit by lightning? I mean it is made out of metal?… or why can’t link build his own glider? Just use the old shirt and some bokoblin bows and sticks…? How did the guardians climd the great Platou, and how can link fly or swim with a big sword, a heavy armour or what ever without drowning or falling?! At the start at the game, Zelda says that link must hurry but after 5 years… nothing happens… only if you enter the Ganon fight, something happens… 🤔🤔🤔
Well, if you played Age of Calamity you can notice that there is indeed an entrance to the Great Plateau. In Botw the entrance is being blocked by a pile of sand and boulders. I think the Guardians took this entrance, maybe
there's actually a theory that for the entirety of botw, even after defeating ganon, link is in a sheikah simulation. that can explain a lot of the item physics stuff, such as weapons disintegrating when broken or indestructible fruit

You are only allowed in if you're a Deku. You can change into a Deku right in front of them, and they let you in. 23: It seems like Link slips every 4th movement or so. The best way I've found to climb during the rain is 1, 2, 3, jump, and then the slipping comes from the jump and resets the count. You still use more stamina than when you climb when it's not raining, but if you've got places to be...
This is HILARIOUS! definitely subscribing! Also as to the stamina wheel for swimming and climbing, my theory is that while you dont use stamina when standing still, the effort it takes just to stay still is the reason you dont recover stamina while in those activities
31. According to Daruk's Training Journal, Link ate a Rock Roast that Daruk had offered him. That means Link ate a rock. How did Link not suffer any ill effects such as broken teeth and indigestion? 32. When Link turns a tree into a bundle or bundles of wood, the bundle or bundles of wood are already wrapped in twine. Where did the twine come from? 33. How are the Zora and the Rito able to coexist with each other? The Wind Waker established that the Rito are the evolutionary descendants of the Zora.

If you talk to one of the Gorons for their trial where you have to remain on a hot stone the longest, they’ll mention that even they can’t withstand the heat, and that they’re training to deal with the heat by standing on the hot stone for as long as they can. So do they need fireproof elixirs too? And if they can’t stand the heat, why the heck do they live in a volcano of all places?
weapons wielded by moblins appear so large but if they are dropped and Link picks them up they become smaller and more proportionate for his size. seems unfair
Thank you for this video these were burning questions I always had too! Do elders scroll next! Like how is it that everybody in the world knows that you committed a crime when there's no internet? Or a printer to post your mug around that fast from the second your caught and without anyone getting a good look at you first? It's like you become the center of attention for stealing a piece of bread that was laid on the table. Also in the hitman games! Where normal people around you start to see you as a suspicious person even though you are in disguise.
Okay, for beedle, yes, he could easily take you or the calamity down. He just doesn't feel the need to. And you have notice that he doesn't have a home? He has to carry EVERYTHING in his bag. Including tent materials, so yeah, it's gonna me big. Remember that in a separate Zelda timeline, beedle literally has a bicycle powered flying shop that people walk around in. This man is the most powerful being in all of Hyrule.
One thing that dosnt make sense is when link falls of a cliff he gets teleported back to dry land or when link drowns he gets teleported right to land does he have an invisible friend or what?
It makes sense when your thinking situationally, people who work with volcanoes have to wear protective thick metal suits to protect them from catching on fire, you wouldn’t want to wear them in a hot desert wasteland
“Do they teleport to another dimension?” Saw that in ExplodingTNT’s Minecraft. Despawned items were sent to the end. But for this game? Honestly not sure.
1. How does Link suddenly end up back on the ground after drowning? 2: Link can't climb during the rain, but he can perfectly scale a waterfall? 3: Why is it that only torches, arrows, and ancient furnaces can have the blue flame, but when you try to light anything else with the blue flame, it burns with normal red fire? 4: Why doesn't Link have nipples?
To 1: Lakitu To 2: Swimming and climbing are whole different things. Plus you are wearing the special suit from mipha. To 3: Well not all things will burn „normal“. Depending on each element the color of the flame can vary. To 4: Doesn‘t he?
The reason you can still enter Gerudo, even if you change in front of the guards, is well, what do you think they'd do? "No! Begone, Voe! We saw you change!" Link has to enter Gerudo somehow. Otherwise, people would probably rage-quit. Remember, Breath of The Wild was made by a company, and companies want people to like their products.

The omelet thing really made this game unplayable to me. Also I would love to see a part 2!
I know, absolutely unplayable
If you're telling the truth then you have problems
Fr, a good being made with 2 items you didn’t use made me never wanna play any Nintendo game ever again for the rest of eternity.
How come Tabantha wheat and Hylian rice only appear where you cut grass? You'd think you would see the wheat/rice before you cut the grass, but it's almost as if the grass turns INTO the wheat/rice, which makes absolutely no sense.
Similar to the stamina and climbing points... why does hanging from your paraglider use stamina but not hanging from a cliff face?
It's been a while since I've laughed that much! Also, in my opinion one of the only things missing to make BotW a perfect game is a Climbing Gear set bonus that allow climbing in the rain, as well as a real reward for collecting all 900 Koroks seeds.
ToTK frog suit:
Most of the things you mention make perfect sense, you just don't like it when it happens.
When you use a normal bow and shoot an arrow at an object, you can then pick the arrow back up; however, if you use the duplex bow, the arrow becomes nonexistent after it hits its target.
/ any multishot bow
There are a couple spots that will drop the same number of arrows that the bow shoots and you can multiply arrows by shooting at them like the cooking pot at the bazaar in the desert oasis.
all multishot bows are actually magic since they only use up one arrow.
@kevinwu8797 no they aren't magic
@@Malice900 then why do they use only one arrow
Link can also literally hold an electrical weapon (such as the thunderblade) AND wear metallic armor and not get electrocuted?
Right??? Lol
Dude, I love the way you talk! When you described the paraglided as “a cloth and some sticks” I lost it 🤣🤣🤣
Why can link have 999 apples, 15 plates of food, and 7 chainsaws If he is just wearing underwear?
Somehow Link carries with him 20 swords, 13 bows, 20 sheilds, dozens of sets of clothing, and armour, hundreds of arrows, hundreds of fruirs, veggies, bugs, fish, lizards, gemstones, monster parts, and guardian parts, and pre-cooked meals, yet he has no backpack
I thought you would've mentioned how we find Beedle at every stable we visit. How is he able to get between them so quickly? & when you do it at night it's even weirder, bcuz shouldn't he be asleep?
Some other odd things I've noticed are:
- we can still use the paraglider in Death Mountain 🌋 despite it being wooden
- Link eats all that food & never needs to use the bathroom
- The Koroks are immune to the cold in snowy ❄ 🧊 regions, the drought in Gerudo desert 🏜 🌵 & the heat in Death Mountain 🌋 🔥
1) He just travels a lot
2) How do you know it's wooden?
3) When has anyone in a video game ever needed to use the bathroom as a game mechanic?
4) How does that make no sense?
I never knew why we couldn’t make hylian rice on its own but you can make a drink with monster parts and it turns out just fine
If you change your clothing midair at geruto Town then link freezes midair while sounding the alarm
link can carry almost unlimited supplies but so little weapons
ok...so Hyrule has 5 separate "races", basically: the Hylians, like Link and Zelda; the Gerudo, who are similar to Hylians, and probably closely related...but are quite a bit bigger for some reason; the Zora; the Rito, who are apparently the result of an evolutionary split from the Zora; and the Gorons...each of which had a champion representing them in the fight against Ganon.
There are also Sheikah, who made all the technology but then didn't get to wield it in battle against Ganon.
Beedle’s bag is probably full of rupees and/or all the random crap that Link didn’t want.
This was great! I would love to see a part two at some point!
An answer for #6: There is a metal cover around it so that rito wings won’t get burns, but fuel can still be refilled.
How on earth does link eat an entire dinner plate and all in one bite? And when he drinks elixir does he also... drink the glass bottle?
he makes bottles out of thin air as well
I did 12 while in the secret shop, and I was caught even though no guards were even close to the alleyway.
Actually in the secret club you can be in normal clothes and be fine
The flamebreaker armor doesnt protect you in the gerudo desert because its meant to resist flame, it doesnt help with heat
But who says that the heat isn’t present at a place where you are literally surrounded by lava? Even the food is being roasted immediately while being exposed to the surrounding
yes part 2 this was hilarious
Life hack for the flower lady: once you get the shrine, just touch the flower and you get teleported out.
_LIFE HACK_
I agree with some of these but it’s just a game and it’s probably hard to get every detail
Yes please do part 2
Noted!
Botw prides itself on realism?? Uhh…I’m not so sure about that one haha
It's more realistic than other Zelda games, but it's still very much exaggerated
The real question is, WHY CAN'T YOU PET THE DOGS
What about the fact that if even a hair of link touches the underside ov magic ice it explodes
Great video!
Here's some of my thoughts:
- Why is it absolutely necessary to stand next to a campfire to let some time pass?
Some of these are definitely going in part 2. Thanks!
These are so true! I really hate the fact that Bolson is just chilling in front of MY house! >:(
if you complete the Tarrytown quest just never talk to Bolson ever. he will stay there. then Link's front yard is Bolson free
@@ghoulchan7525 Aw man. Didn't know that so I talked to him. too late now. 😮💨

Logic: I can eat raw rice, but cooking it alone is dubious.
Real logical, Nintendo. You can eat raw rice, except it expands so you might eat too much. But cooking it alone is bad… Well, some people don’t need sauce or curry with their rice, so not logical.
You forgot about how if you cook a hearty durian it also cooks a plate😂
there's actually a theory that for the entirety of botw, even after defeating ganon, link is in a sheikah simulation. that can explain a lot of the item physics stuff, such as weapons disintegrating when broken or indestructible fruit
Horses in the game are so OP they can actually chew an apple
8: Hey, it's like when you watch villagers cook in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. No matter what they're preparing, they always use a frying pan to saute the air in front of the oven for hours.
9: They're bat to the bone.
11: Majora's Mask, Deku Palace.
This is my most played zelda game so i found these to be acceptable
This is HILARIOUS! definitely subscribing! Also as to the stamina wheel for swimming and climbing, my theory is that while you dont use stamina when standing still, the effort it takes just to stay still is the reason you dont recover stamina while in those activities
Things that doesn’t make sense in botw how does swimming up a waterfall doesn’t take stamina
You're not swimming up. The suit is carrying you.
Great video. Good points
Thanks bro!
@@InfiniteBits You're welcome!!💪🏿💪🏿
My theory is that the sheikah slate disassembles objects and the regenerates them that’s why the break like that
I dont really care what you do if i see an Infinite Bits video i click on it, i haven't even played Breath of the Wild
lol I appreciate it man!
The minecart one definitely occurred to me. I was skeptical of using bombs in those at first.
33. The same way apes and humans exist together?
@@anitamihholap5926 Makes sense to me
31.) Link is a super human, it has been established many a times
32.) Who tf cares about a twine
33.)you can co exist with your evolutionary descendants, I don't know why you would think that you can't.
31: Rock Candy
32: Twine Gnomes
33: I live in the same city as my own child. He is an evolutionary descendent of mine.
@@BrBill I don't think evolutionary descendent means what you think it means.
Link only weighs 5 apples and 2 spicey peppers I think.
Why can't you climb on the outside of shrines? It's like they have anti climb lol
They are made of a material that can’t be gripped
@@redfoxgameing8 i hate that material sm in the game lol
I know nobody cares but, enemy on the tree camps will throw the barrels at you. But they do have terrible safety, and most of the time they are unneeded
Who else bought all pieces of the flame breaker armor?
I have. It's handy in the fire traps in shrines
please make part two. this was too good to not follow up
it does not make sense how a shield breaks while shield surfing on sand
While it gets zero wear if you ride it on roads.
thats when it should break!!!
They can stand ambient heat better than hylians but not direct contact.
weapons wielded by moblins appear so large but if they are dropped and Link picks them up they become smaller and more proportionate for his size. seems unfair
The way most D&D campaigns work, too.
not really since you probably can't lift those
Thank you for this video these were burning questions I always had too!
How does the blood moon resurrect enemies and how is it my biggest fear
ganon's power grows
tbh the blood moon event thingy is really scary lol
@@ThatGamer11 it’s not the event that is scary it is the sight of the blood moon itself that scares me
Okay, for beedle, yes, he could easily take you or the calamity down.
Part 3 is Out Now!!
ruclips.net/video/oPdb7DcshPM/видео.html
Got it
bitch have you heard of game design??
the Gerudo part
everybody: yea whats up with that
At the very start of the video, the Moro Kat the top can’t be spotted by the guardians since they only be seen by special people. E
Now jump and pull out the bow at the peak of it. The cucco will fall, and Link will fly.
"Is water kryptonite to this guy?"
Every other game where Link couldn't swim on his own:
bro is the personification of "realism over fun"
6:47 Link has Psychokinesis to pick up and eat the food
“Do they teleport to another dimension?”
Saw that in ExplodingTNT’s Minecraft.
To 1: Lakitu
To 2: Swimming and climbing are whole different things. Plus you are wearing the special suit from mipha.
To 3: Well not all things will burn „normal“. Depending on each element the color of the flame can vary.
To 4: Doesn‘t he?
another thing about the rito village firepit: the rito are birds and the exposed flame could burn their feathers
How dare you underestimate the power of a cucco
The reason why The chickens Can carry link Is because there gods
Something else kinda strange: link can parry literally any attack, from rocks to lasers to fireballs
Great Video, Keep going strong. Im surprised how good your videos are, Usually other videos are boring but this video was SO entertaining. Keep on doing the videos and never give up.
Another thing that doesn’t make sense is that link can just inhale anything even a whole bird
"Throw pounds of uncooked meat on her flowers." Is a sentence that is somehow more ridiculous with proper context
For number 12 you actuelly can change clothes at the very top of the city.
Also in french version the flamebreaker armor is bescribed as being made out of stone. But yeah botw is not really logical in every way lmao
Oh yeah, here we go, video time!
Let's gooo
Well, once you've hit 350+ hours in this game, it all seems to fade into your subconscious.
