I've spent years trying to find this stuff in its full form and so stoked to see someone doing the archival work on a niche sport like fmx. This stuff is still super important! I'd love to see some of the old Speed and Style contests, or maybe the '03 battle for the 360 between Deegan and Pastrana. Keep up the great work!

Yeah I remember hearing about it before x games and was convinced the rotation would stop if you let go upside down. Taka proceeds to do multiple rock solid flips that weekend. It’s funny, every year starting with the flip I was convinced the trick they were gonna try wasn’t possible 😂
@@bradenhallocksfmxarchives4985 I love Taka he doesn't do the most insane tricks but what he does do is always sick to watch, he just has the heart for the sport, he's a beast.
@@joebloggs2534 the more of a rider you are the more you can appreciate someone like Adam Jones’s or taka. True freestyle motocrossers to the core. Never had to rely on the newest trick to keep up. Sadly now, I miss the days of old racers doing freestyle. Bike skills over top tricks any day for me 🙌

Rock Solid is one of my favourite tricks, seeing it in a backflip blew my mind back then.
