E23: Tijuana's Libertad neighborhood is a border crossing hotspot, but construction is coming...

A big new highway megaproject being built across Libertad neighborhood's northern edge along the border wall will certainly change the feel of the place. Lots of houses have been torn out exposing some of the busy crossing spots. We learn more about Alfredo's life, about CJNG's control of Tijuana and their tamping down of certain types of crime, and even cruise past one of master tunnel builder and smuggler, El Chapo Guzman's old homes.
