question from a beginner. The instructions say to insert the bolt, flat washer, lock washer into the bracket. So that is the order in which I did it. The lock washer is closest to the bracket. should it be redone with the lock washer closest to the bolt head?

Was that the 2" rise or 4". How far does it push the tire out? I have a JL Sahara with 33's and im trying to make the proximetu sensor to work again. Do i really need the 4 inch rise?
