The powerboost just makes it work with battery battery weight computer tech for everyday use.Heavy duty would lose some payload and making diesel work with it is more than p think. FYI orders open up late October thru November. I’m on a waiting list to place a order through my local dealer. Each dealership only has so many a allocations. So get on that list! If you don’t place an order you won’t get it by the end of next calandra year.
It should have a feature that verbally guides you for backing up campers, and for places like Moab, Utah. If it can self-drive, can it self-drive off-road?
Been waiting since December for my 22 F-350 7.3L. I’m starting to get nervous it will get canceled because it’s a fully loaded Lariat and won’t be built in time for the model year close out of the production runs.
@@beerbelly6670 4:30 gears on mine, still have less than 1000 miles but been averaging around 14 on the highway. I have only pulled around 5k pounds one weekend so haven’t tested too much weight yet. Wow that is Insane. I would love to see the 2023 super duties and would love to see one on your channel man oh man bigger better technologies much better they’re pushing the envelope man. Due to the shortage is all his shit what
I think and I could be wrong but maybe ford should make a inline 6 power stroke with the power boost system added and offer the V8 still the line could be a 7.7 😊😊 and oh offer a stick out the floor too
I love these new truck videos where half the comments are "that's all fine and dandy, but I'll keep my '02 Ram that has never done anything but get me down the road reliably for 710,000 miles".....why are you watching new truck videos then lol?
I hope the all digital dash isn't a thing. I much prefer hard buttons for stuff like climate control and radio. Also with as much electrical issues these new trucks have (all brands) it's nice to have the actual buttons for the AC/heat when the screen goes out. I follow a few channels that run these super duty trucks and they all have had electrical issues. My last Chevy couldn't make it two weeks without having some major electrical issue. Nothing worse than trying to chase down electrical problems!
I’d love a new truck but I’m gonna stick with my ole 2007-1/2 Ram dually 4x4 with its 6.7 Cummins that’s getting me about 17-19mpg at 80mph empty. Plus it’s paid for no $$$ owed on it and it only has 198k miles
All of these new features your mentioning, I don't think you are going to see in the Super Duty until the 2024 model year. Order books for 2023 will be opening up next month and I'm doubtful all of these updates/new features your talking about will be ready to go by then.
It would be nice if Ford would just build the trucks that have been ordered and deliver in a reasonable amount of time. Who needs new features if you cant get the #$*%ing truck in the first place! I ordered a 2022 450 Limited on April 7th 2021. Today July 4th 2022 I received notice from my dealer, (I live in Canada so yes dealers are open here today) that Ford finally assigned a VIN number. 15 months and still not built and some options I ordered may not come on the truck. Come on Ford you need to do better than this...
Hell, we won’t see a 2023 for quite some time. I ordered my 2022 F450 King Ranch the end if February this year and it is still a priority 10 July 1. It is still not under review for build😡
Uuuuh not to be a jerk or anything because I love how beautiful your truck is but I’ve never seen more problems out of a brand new truck I don’t know why you’d want to try it again and spend another hundred thousand plus dollars or something that barely works you just posted another video of your truck overheating and nobody can figure it out I think I would put my money elsewhere on something that works
I’m not buying another dooley until they have active suspension. I want to go from Cadillac to tow with the press of a button. The technology is there …..maybe the price isn’t
I have a 2021 f150 limited powerboost hybrid I have all those features and All you mentioned and more it is amazing what my truck has I love this truck but it comes at a cost of 80,000 after tax
There is no open orders for the 2023 yet. Ford can not produce the 2022 orders that are on the books to date. So whoever told you your order was in it’s not telling you the truth.
@@skoffco I was told I can't order a 2022 model but I can put my order in for the 2023 model. So I've sent my deposit in and went through the online brochure. I was told that 2023 models aren't going to be ready yet for some time.

Wanna impress the ford truck world STOP putting baby tanks in the diesel and gas CCSB, Make goose neck standard and STOCK them, GET some freaking chips so you can get them as ordered!
I don’t understand all the hate in the comments. Every year these companies push the envelope in technology and feature development. If ford just kicked back and “focused on quality” it would be falling behind ran and gm. The only company able to get away a new generation every decade is Toyota who in many ways doesn’t have much competition given it’s fan base and customer loyalty.
No more Ford bro. You've given them a proper run, you've paid tribute to your ancestors, but it's time to try something else. You don't owe Ford your business. Build a long term rig with a proper sleeper. Forget that gadgetry on the new Ford. U can mount an ipad or a surface pro or something to the dash of an older vehicle, run it thru the stereo. Then u can do wifi calls, Google voice, and zoom/Skype right in the truck. Wear a headset with a good mic and u can do all your biz calls thru Google voice, even forward your regular phone calls to your Google voice while u drive. U can do a lot by going custom. If this is your life, build the truck around you, not the other way around
Would like to see all the new features that the f150 has. And get rid of the 1960 steering wheel shifter. Smh so fing old. A super duty is a real work truck not a quarter ton.
I wouldn't trust Ford's now mediocre quality control in a truck that expensive and necessary to ops - especially after the stupid issues you and your buddy have with your current gen ones.
A bunch of useless shit that is going to make the prices out of this world. Buying a new F550 Wrecker is going to cost $150,000+. Don't bitch when the price for a tow hit $500.00 to go across town. Hell right now a new Wrecker is $125,000, before the updates for 23. Henry Ford would be so pissed if he saw his working man's truck that all Americans could afford right now. Sorry when a vehicle costs as much as a house it's just to much. Ford should be ashamed of themselves, and I love Fords.
As they keep adding features. The price keeps going up. Shame on Ford. It’s no longer every mans vehicle. Affordable for the common man. Henry is rolling in his grave.

I'm just gonna get another Tacoma, I don't need all this stuff. Got a 7.3L Excursion that I'm never getting rid of. That's enough powerstroke for me.
Is there a pop out mirror for coke too 🤔
Not sure if super duty will have console shifters. The reason for column shift is for snowplowing
What about a digital odometer like the F150? Any word on that ?
The more you tell me about the “ New Superduty “ the more I want to keep my 2021 F-350 7.3 Godzilla which has been awesome & trouble free!

The one thing FORD needs to add is side steps on the bumpers and up by the cab, just like the GMC have.
Oh hell no! Those steps are just plain FUGLY. Leave them on the GMC's.
