I am really upset that 1 handed swords are not in the game. One of the most Iconic Viking weapons and Ubisoft left them out. ~ edit ~ One handed swords are now in the game! It only took them 8 months....

It's not that hard, you can look up the locations of the zealots on RUclips and the other members are literally one hit kill using the hidden blade along with the skill that allows you to assassinate anyone in one hit regardless of their whether they are an elite or not
It takes a while but it’s not hard, I did it yesterday. It’s well worth it
They should put out an update to allow you to throw Mjolnir like Thor when you wield it by holding the left trigger as if you were shooting an arrow. Having it return after throwing it would be really cool!

Might I add, when you aim with your bow the flame daughter will automatically go into a parry stance which leaves them vulnerable for you to run in and land a heavy. Know this makes this fight 10x easier
When she does the unparryable attack where she lunges at you, you can easily go in and stab her a couple of times and then run away and still be able to dodge her next attack, makes the fight 20x easier.
Mjolnir and the Thor set are currently my favorite set. They just chew through all enemies and make Tungsten farms just that much faster.
Just an FYI, ALL weapons scale down when they are sheathed. It's just that it's more noticeable with hammers until you've seen it for the first time. I noticed this during the second or 3rd mission in the game when I got the first hammer you can get. Tested with my other weapons and, so far, everything scales down. Not just Mjolnir.
I thought it was a bug or something the first time I saw it. Might still be a bug, or just bad model design so they were forced to scale down weapon size when on Eivor's body so they don't look massive.
Yup. This happened in Origins and Odyssey for every Spear, staff, Heavy Blunt, and heavy bladed weapons. I remember this cuz I just got down playing them before Valhalla came out.
When the spear is sheathed the size is short but when you unsheathe it the spear is like the size of 2 people
Yeah, I first noticed it with the shield in Valhalla and the spear in Odyssey, bothers me a lot lol.
@@Tismal146 i dunno but i think they are lazy to fix that or because of the body size of the character that's why. The spear in Unity doesn't shrink wether you draw it or sheathed and other previous games too
It's actually lire accurate for the hammer to do that though. Mjolnir is said to be indestructible and able to be shrank or grown. Really depends on Thors needs

Fun fact, the shrinking thing has some basis in the myth! It is said that, due to a flaw causing the handle to be shorter than intended (thanks Loki), Thor could slip it in his sark... whatever that is.

A Royal Guard Lunden shield and Missile reveal skill is a great combo when fighting high level enemies. You can make them kill themself. Cheap and dirty- but it works.

I can't remember where I saw it but it's either because the hammer was really heavy. Or because Loki made the dwarves who made make a mistake so the handle came out really short. So while it was a very powerful weapon no one could use it in combat effectively. Except Thor whose really strong. I'll try and find a source for you.
That last boss almost made me smash my whole setup up
I beat all 3 Witches at power level 55-60 as I obv leveled up after each one. It’s actually super easy once you understand their pattern and using the harpoon lol

I found Cordelia randomly at power level 50 and beat her on berserker. Best thing about this game is even she was so much higher the fight never felt like bullshit. Great vid man :)
big tip here.... use the grappling hook ability, theyre clones count as a second enemy so you can do easy damage if you time it right
Actually, all weapon models shrink down when they are put away. I first noticed this when the Doppelhander seemed to turn way smaller when it was put on my back, but looked about as large as Eivor was when out and on my shoulder.

I just finsihed assassins creed valhalla and even though its been so long I'm sad that the saga ended I made such a connection with all the characters along the way
I did Regan on power 40 & Cordelia on power 78 on the hardest difficulty. They’re all really easy once you create yourself a pattern, Rage Of Helheim was the most helpful ability through it all.

Really great step by step and awesome on describing how you can vers them as any difficulty but one thing I had a problem problem with is probably be when you locate but it’s no biggie
I now have every single mythical weapon you can find around the map, I’m running out of things to do I need DLC ASAP lol
They should script it where you can control lighting with the weapon for example you get the hammer then in order to use lighting you need find the tablet ability I think that be cool
And the ability to throw it and have it hit multiple enemies, then come back.
And maybe a new ability where you can jump in the air and create a radius blast of lightning when you slam it down.

I went to the one at the bottom of east anglia on level 90, I saw how high the level was and just ran away
Nightmare was a complete pain in the rear. i got so damn lucky on the fire sister and lighting sister.

I'm actually using the blacksmith's Hammer fully upgraded and I noticed that when you pull that out and put it away it grows bigger and then grow smaller when you put it back I also noticed it with the fyrd spear

briton shield,loving it,tho need to find a list of major runes and where to get them to pick one for the shield.for dual-wielding the only combo im thinking of is sepulchur axe (two handed axe with chance of igniting weapon on crits) with sarcophagus shield (chance of fire ring on parry)
Do I need the Thor armor set to equip the hammer or just to get it?

It would really add some flavor to the game if you could interact with mjolnirr before you get all armor pieces, to try to lift it up, struggle for a bit then realize you can't do it.

i just did all 3 on hard at lvl 238 maxed out current gear set. i did cordilea 2nd not knowing she was the hardest. i died 4 times but the 5th time i went in full adrenaline, arrows, food AND feast buff from my lvl 5 camp. by then i had learned her move set and killed her. the other 2 were one shot kills.i think the feast buff really helped.
the worst part about being a huge norse mythology buff is hearing everyone butcher pronunciations lol

This game is a mix max of things and that is ok because Im more immersed with Valhalla then the last 2 ACs. I like that there is a light hunter/fish gather feel to it. Little mini games.

welp at level 83 and even tho i turned it on easy. i still got swept so imma just wait and add this to watch later
came back when i was level 160. was able to beat the second on normal difficulty. put on easy for the third one. ended up breaking my controller. guess i should a bit longer
