Not to get off topic but having just got to England I'm so impressed with how the devs refined exploration over Odyssey and even Origins.
Your videos highlight the risk vs reward of exploration in area above your current level.
I was pleasently surprised to find the Harpoon ability amongst other wealth and armor while out synchronizing.

We need more accual viking looking armor like the one's the npc's use and not this mostly gold trash. Something like the armors from Vikings or Last Kingdom
The upgraded Brigandine armor set looks pretty good and like something vikings would have worn
Galloglaich is gold but I kinda prefer it over the other gold ones

Something i noticed and haven't seen being mentioned anywhere, is the following; some of the gear pieces you find, are already flawless or mythical, making you think that they don't have an appearance of lower quality. Here's the thing: when customizing your Jomsviking you can actually see and select those other appearances e.g.: the thegn armor set starts of as flawless and in the customisation menu of the jomsviking you can select fine or superior.
This makes me believe that they might bring back the ability to customize the appearance of gear

Another way to get thru barred doors is to equip two Dane axes and heavy attack the door. They'll clip thru and break the bar. I've used it several times with great success.

Reda randomly gave me a heavy shield called the Rune shield and it increases special ability damage if you're at full health.
Its not random . Its when you finish 10 Merc Quests

@@porkeywings not that I know of. When you speak with him the first time, you get the quest for those 10 missions, but after that there isn’t any next one.
@@porkeywings No idea . But I dont think so . There is a quest that is "do 10 mercenary missions" and that is what gives that shield (that looks really cool) .

They should start making ac in 18th century type of wars. The coalition war between Austria and France... In where you could be part of highwaymen or something like that.

how do you get your moonlight axe? the ubisoft stream axe from well before the game dropped. I have an E-mail saying I get all these rewards and it looks like I got everything else but the Moonlight axe is still locked.

Diamond weapon runes can be found by opening smaller chests ,like the ones that don’t complete the wealth bar when you collect them, but they still have a gold glow if you zoom in on the map 😁

I like the most and will never change it, the 2 handed dual spear. It has very fast light attacks and the heavy attacks deal so much damage, plus they have an insane amount of range. I like very much the dodgy type combat, and the 2 spears are just godly for it.
The flail is a blast to use. I’d like a morning star tho.

I think there is a morning star that has a chance to drop a fire bomb on a heavy finisher hit. Its awesome for a fire build!

@steve colten I use the heavy and light damage runes. If you have an elite damage rune, use that.

ive found that the builders hammer i think it’s called goes great with the theign armor and i also love the hunter bow that you can buy from the market that gives like 25% health back when you hit weak points

does weapon main rune stack to each other? im wondering if you put 2 "increase critical chance for each hit [up to 10 times] on both weapon would it work? and making it double the result thanks
I have a insanely good poison build. Two pieces of the Thegn armour and two pieces of the Draugr armour Mournful Cry ,and the Morrigan's Guard shield. Also use the Venom Momentum rune on Mournful Cry. Also use the Miasma skill, and the Poison Strike ability. Really good poison build try it out. All of these go together very well. The Venom Momentum Rune is a Major rune btw.

@Errare humanum est Yeah i have been thinking the same. I was mainly wondering weather the Jomsviking customizing is purely cosmetic or if it actually matters which weapons/gear you put on him.
From what I found playing the game, 1H hammer/axe in the main hand and 2H sword in the off hand works best. 2H gives you the charging attack which allows you to stomp multiple enemies while if you use a Hammer you can do a heavy attack and then stomp. Long storry short, just give it a try.
Can you do a guide for fishing and hunting, especially for the Rare runes available through them?

The Morrigan Shield, which I randomly found and loved for the Triquetra... (same as the “game saving” icon) requires 3 keys. I kept looping around the tree/shrine thing confused about where I was.
You circle the hill you’ll come across 3 caves within the hill same place differ t corridors
If anyone is looking for a Bear Aligned flail, you can find one very easily bu doing the main story quests. It’s in a small building in Kjotvesson’s fort
@JorRaptor you know the drop down page that you can open by clicking the little arrow pointing down, on the right side across from your hashtags in blue and the video’s title, which are both on the left. It would be tremendous if you added the name of the weapon or gear item and a time stamp that will take you directly to the item your looking for. There are some content creators that do that and I can’t tell you how helpful it is. If I’m trying to find a couple items and I have to use a couple different videos to find each one separately, that time stamp saves me a lot of time and headaches. I hope that you read this and consider adding it to future videos. Thanks, I appreciate you

I found a major rune that replicates the skill from the sarcophagus shield. It creates a ring of fire and you get it from the hunter hut its the black rune if you are looking at his trade list. I put it in my briton shield so it has the heal and ring of fire
Where did you find the rope dart our grade for level 2. Cannot seem to find any guides for it

on another note: whats the difference between a heavy and a light shield? i have noticed that with a heavy shield you can walk while blocking but i assume there is an upside to the shield aswell but i dont know what it is
When do Major runes start droping/showing up because I'm around power level 90 and all I've been getting are minor runes. I'm sure I have to progress the story but I'm just exploring getting wealth and solving mysteries/getting artifacts. I'm staying within my power level range (just so I'm not running all over the map) but theres a lot to pick up.
If you have the Grit skill with the poisons, you will basically never lose health, as everytime you get hit you get it back almost instantly, as long as the enemy hitting you is poisoned.

Get the major rune (black one) that is a reward from a assignment from the Hunter in your settlement! It is great ;)

To get odins spear did you have to buy a more expensive version of the game to unlock the into the hall of the slain mission im so confused
You can save the adrenaline on those doors if you equip double 2 handed axes and spam the heavy attack you will end up breaking the lock on the other side
Jor, I found that you get the runes for the Mythical Weapons from killing members of the order..
I started clearing my list of revealed Order members, and got the runes as part of the rewards for the kill.

Even though it looks sick it's just not as good as the briton shield the smoke blinds you and isnt as good but the briton shield it heals you which is super good in dire situations especially if you struggle with the health in this game
I like the Morrigans Guard alot, I also run it with the "fire guard rune" I think it is. Which basically makes it poison and fire (like the fire circle on parry)
But I also like watching enemies just take loads of damage from the status effects

We need an option to engrave the different perks to other weapons. Like health restored on block with a weapon, not a shield.
Are you getting duplivate armor and weps from chest? 2 vords axe, 1 from chest, 1 from quest. 2 galloglach from different chest
On morrigan shield you can put perk that can make a circle of fire and a poison cloud by shield perk that makes it very powerfull

There is a rune that can make a circle of fire and shield special ability is a cloud of poison gas there is a chance to make it. It can happend while blocking
Hey i keep seeing wealth thinkling or fire thingklink or someting when i’m walking around. How do i turn this off?
I found the poison sheild on accident. Didnt use it since i dont know whats best to use and i dont have heavy dual weild yet. Just breezing by with dads axe and the first hammer we get in my off hand . its funny to just knock somebody down and pretend their helmet is a nail. Managed to get the assassin set. Is it still the best or has a new set taken its place ?
What about the Rune Shield? It’s ability makes it very useful for a bow build.

Did you know you can break a barred door from the outside if you strike it with two heavy weapons? I use a heavy ax and a great sword and it works everytime. I don’t know if it’s just a bug but it’s pretty useful
