Brigandine Armor for sure.... I am more like... Enter a camp, Then going Hey, Do you fellas have a minute or two.
Works really well if you are endgame and have odins spear offhand with thors hammer main hand. Sweep attack with the third light attack for solid aoe with the increased reach. And stuns from the hammer.
Do you have Excalibur though
I do have Excalibur spent so much time because i was at lvl 145 and enemies u have to kill are 220 260 something
@@manavvarma1453 stunning enemies with well timed parry.... And then stun finishing them... It's the best thing... You heal everytime you Do a Melee Stun Finisher...So you don't need Excalibur or Mjjolnir to cheese the game
@@manavvarma1453 I have Excalibur but I don't really like it. Find the attacks too slow and the blind isn't super effective in my opinion.
Raven Clan armor and Brigandine armor sets (Flawless quality) are my favorites. I love the blue band around the Raven clan sleeves, and the Brigandine fits perfectly within the medieval era. Chainmail, gambeson, and plates make it look perfect.
I love the brigandine but if I had to chose a second favorite mines the thegns armor

The Raven Clan Set before you upgrade it to the last two tiers is the only set that actually looks Viking. I upgraded the Raven Clan Set to Mythical and it's so gaudy it's killing me, and all the other sets just don't look that Viking at all TBH. So yea, we gotta get Transmog soon

@@aristonaragao3171 I've learned to do that as well but some sets like the Raven Clan Set took be like a half hour before I decided I didn't like it like at all which means the auto saves were already overwritten.

For a bear build i go with Thor's set,for a wolf build i use the galloclach set and for a raven build i use the hidden one's set.Those are my main builds.Almost 125 hours in the game so now i am farming and waiting for the coming dlces along with seasonal events and stuff.

Thegn armor, cloak and boots with mentor mask and gloves. A great visual and also great buff combination. With critic weapons and runes you turn into a one shot machine. ^^

Hopefully we get an update where we can use any style for the Armor(like the jomsviking) because sometimes I would love to have the max level upgrades but the gold just throws some armor's color combos off
Exactly, although I have the "bone problem" with the huntman set. I feel like they went overboard with the gold on mythic level armor.

Agree i am swedish and Vikings didnt use gold on there armor since its Deep down under the earth and weaker armor so gold is useless

100+ hours of play, got all armors , finished all the mysteries and the artifacts in all four maps, I need the next patch ASAP!! 😐
They also need to buff some armor sets. Some of these sets are just boring or lackluster. Been playing Oddesey, now when I play Valhalla, I really miss those Oddesey effects.

Most armor sets in the game do not tickle my fancy. But if I had to pick one, I would roll with the Mentor armor set, because the effect is always useful with no silly handicap like the magister set and such.
Really hoping for more impactful effects for armors.
My favorite armor set in the game so far has to be the einherjar set. Not only does it look super cool, but the perks on it are amazing as well

JorRaptor! Great vids. First pick for new gaming info, but don't you think, with the different types of armor designs per advancement, they'd let you change back to it's physical look? Like keep the attributes, but make them lookthe way they did before the blacksmiths upgrade? They did it in Ghosts of Tsushima.
Played most of the game with the mentor set. Like the perks and looks. Finished game. Gonna start tonight with thors set n hammer hunting all legendary animals and side quests

Mentor set all the way: with Thor’s hammer, varin/house Carl axe and spartan bow with crit chance and stun on hammer. Boom. Crit/Stun build, super fun to proc Thor’s hammer effect with varins axe

I use the thegns armor with double daggers one of then being Kopis. Its an amazing combo and would recomend everyone to try it out
Have you ever tried thegn armor with Spear of Leonida and Spear of Odin? It's incredible 3 hits in hamtunshire soldiers and they go down.

i have been using the valkyrie armor since rather early on, way more powerful than the rest of what i have (also fully upgraded now, while the rest isn't) but really want to look more like a viking ;) her is hoping the visual custimization comes soon

I think the Mentor will be my fave bit I haven't gotten all the pieces. For a long while I had a mix of huntsman and hidden one but for now all hidden one.
My favorite look of an armor set is the thegn set with the einhejar helm. Ive also used Thors armor set, but i like the thegn set more.
The one I’ve been using for a while is fully upgrade thor - helmet, torso, pants and thegn - greeves and cloak. I went and spent like 25 hours finding those pieces and upgrading them all the way and they’re amazing
I really don't like the look of the upgraded armour, I wish this game had the transmog system in it.
i don't upgrade any armour at all n the game is super ez too, weapons n armors look way over the top for me
Thank goodness they've added in the ability to revert armor appearance back down to previous tiers now. Kinda annoying it has to be done at a blacksmith though in your settlement.

The Mentors armor set is probably my favorite
I usually rock the look of the raven armor set at mythic and I use the Hudufolk armor set for most of the game. I currently lost internet so I lost my Xbox live service so I couldn’t get the new update. I got to power level 400 ( currently at mastery Lv 12 ) through the 1st xp farm with the elder cat legendary animal. I also went with female Eivor. Hopefully I will get my internet access restored soon !

Mentor's Cloak. At a low level I risked those areas in higher levels just to get it early on and then risked getting the tungsten just to make it mystical long before I reached 100 power xD
My playstyle demands I use Brigandine set. I'm just not good at stealth nor particularly good at ranged, aside from a sneak attack.
This is great knowing where and how to get great armour sets
I hope they also bring back the "Builds" feature
I use the mentor's armor set mainly because I like the way it looks, the other sets have too many flashy bits and heavy plate which is not very Viking
How did you get Sýnin to perch on your shoulder @ 0:52? Is that feature part of the Raven Clan Set or something else?
Just go inactive for a moment and the raven lands on your shoulder no matter the armor. Just be warned he will peck Eivor much to their dislike.
Why do some helmets hide Eivors hair? The only one that shows it is "Raven Clan Helmet" everything else they look bald ... hope they fix this
You can hide any piece of armor, so the helmet still protects you but it looks like you're not wearing anything

Hey Joraptor, one thing isnt clear to me. im currently on the hunt for order members to get the last thor piece and eventually mjolnir. now my question is: once i have mjolnir is it posibble to use the hammer while wearing raven clan armor set or can i only use it while wearing thors armor ??
