You can do this one of two ways. Watch all of them, OR jump into the Heisei era (1984-1995) from here for a [mostly] linear story, and then go back and watch the others at later points
Godzilla's roar was created by Akira Ifukabe, who also did the music for this and many other Godzilla movies. It was made by recording the sound of a resin covered leather glove rubbing against a bass instrument & then lowering the pitch and speed of the recording.
What a fantastic reaction video' I would love to see a follow up of the next sequel Godzilla Raids Again (1955), the only thing I will say about it is that he does not come back alone! If that does not pique your interest to watch the next one as soon as possible I don't know what will? Here's hoping someone request the 1st sequel to this fantastic franchise and his 70th Anniversary is about 3 weeks away I believe' which will be on November 3rd, maybe on that day will get to see the sequel???
This movie addresses the nuclear bombs that were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki at the end of WWIl in the only way the US would allow Japan. The characters are very well acted out, Dr.Serizawa is like the equivalent to Oppenheimer in the story. The special effects still manage to hold up despite it releasing 70 years ago.
*There's something so much better about watching the Godzilla movies in their native language, rather than hearing the English dubbed lines and not seeing the words come out in time with the lip movement.*
Such an amazing movie I recommend reacting to more of the old Godzilla movies been a huge fan since I was little most are pretty good, if you wanna watch wanna watch a certain amount I recommend doing the heisi series, the Godzilla universe has many different series the showa era 1954-1975, the heisi era that ignores all of the showa films except the original and the heisi era officially starts with return of Godzilla 1984 set 30 years after the original this series is the most connected and the finale for the heisi series Godzilla vs Destoroyah is fabulous best Godzilla film, there’s also the millennium era 1999-2004 besides the 2 Mechagodzilla ones they are all set in their own time, the monsterverse era the Hollywood ones from 2014-present, and the reiwa era 2016-present this era much like the millennium era all is set in their own timeline
A good watch list for these films to me would be: Godzilla (1954) Return of Godzilla (1984, especially the "Godzilla 1985" version, my personal favorite) The Monsterverse films (2014 to present) Shin Godzilla (2016) and of course, Godzilla Minus One (2023, probably the best of them all).
I enjoyed your reaction Godzilla was released from a underwater cavern due to atomic bomb testing and due believe as in Godzilla minus one which is the best Godzilla sense this movie that was done over in English for the United States in 1956 for American audiences and did well but the original in Japanese is the best and a more detailed movie which I enjoyed most! You should look into the Godzilla Minus one that I’m sure you will love and like this one I believe if it wasn’t provoked it wouldn’t have been so aggressive despite the places he went was his territory before man inhabited it! Thanks again for your reaction and this Godzilla was filmed with a man in a suit which hadn’t been done if I’m not mistaken because it would have took to long with clay animation.
Also Godzilla is a giant monster but it has rules Godzilla can’t be shown eating people nor can he shown taking out children even if he’s the bad guy a lot of people don’t know this

I would like it if you saw every Godzilla movie 😄
Godzilla's roar was created by Akira Ifukabe, who also did the music for this and many other Godzilla movies. It was made by recording the sound of a resin covered leather glove rubbing against a bass instrument & then lowering the pitch and speed of the recording.
He would pull the tape of the recording through the tape heads by hand at different speeds to make the different roars
He turned Tokyo into ash and rubble. That'd be terrifying to experience
Iconic cinema, a masterful start to Toho's monster cinematic universe.

Watching a monster movie CLASSIC. Awesome 👌.
I would absolutely recommend king Kong 1933. An example of early groundbreaking special effects.
My favorite movie from the 50s!
Godzilla's wrinkle and bubbled skin is meant to be due to the fire by the atomic bomb. Can't wait for more Godzilla reactions

Subscribed ;) I grew up watching Godzilla movies and really like reactions to this great film series
You need to watch Godzilla Minus One.
The ONLY Godzilla movie that is better than the original!

The best Godzilla movie 🍿
I recommend you watch Godzilla: Giant Monsters All Out Attack 2001.
Also Godzilla is a giant monster but it has rules Godzilla can’t be shown eating people nor can he shown taking out children even if he’s the bad guy a lot of people don’t know this
