Beautiful course and another to put on my list. You manage to show the courses off really well with the way you film them. Another great video again, Andy.
I played Trump International north of Aberdeen which is stunning I have a cousin who lives in Banchory, never knew they had a golf course. I must play next time I’m over 🇨🇦
Andy - I’m convinced. A trip to Scotland will happen . . . just a matter of time. All looks stunning and the wife appreciates the insight to the hotels. Convinces her that Scotland worth a look 👍
I live in Aberdeen and the golf up here is incredible. I played Fraserburgh last week for the first time, thought it was fantastic, look forward to hearing your thoughts Andy.
You are a very lucky man - the course looked fantastic and also for me the River Dee for the salmon 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Just imagine in Summer and when in full Autumn swing!!!👍👍👍
To be in a venue where you have 55 amazing links-style courses, with a 1-hour radius, leave me drooling with envy. That said, another fun track....which I've added to my dream golf course to play when I visit Scotland.
That little par 3 down the hill destroys me every week, in fact, they all do, not an easy one on the whole course.😂 Great video again and great editing by the wife to show off my home course. Come back in the summer time and you'll see it completely different. 👍
@@TheAverageGolfer it's real beauty is in the summer months and everything is in bloom. Amazing scenery and vistas all around you. PW down the hill at 3 and leave it below the flag for an uphill putt, wicked swing on that green. 54 degree up the hill at 16 and anywhere on the green is good. 👍
@@atscottcarnoustie2946 I first started playing at Banchory when I was 13 with a mixed bag of clubs donated by my next door neighbour when Doug Smart was the pro there. before we could afford it we would jump on and start at the third by getting in beside the war memorial. The third remains to this day my closest to a hole in one with an old wooden 4 wood. Stopped right beside the hole. 39 years later and I still see it vividly! Saved my paper round money all year to buy the junior three monthly ticket for the summer holidays when we played 4 times a day every day we could, turned out to be good value for £30 :)
Nice one Andy , smart footage again !! Do you know what the signature hole is ? I played this course about 30 years ago ,and you’ve just inspired me to pay a visit again 👍 we just need to fast forward the winter and get back to the nice weather again to play these courses in there true glory !! Looking forward to see you play the “Broch” 👍
Brilliant qaulity video yet again. Only complaint is you are going to cost me a fortune as your videos are really adding to my must visit destinations and courses !!!
Stunning Course and yes it has the Augusta feel to the Par 3, great history as well I can see a book coming out here Andy The Average Golfers Guide to Great Courses in Scotland 👌 or maybe the Average Golfers Travel Company 🤔 all I can say they get better every time Andy, the Hotel is unbelievable i could imagine a whiskey in front of the fire reminiscing how did I go in that burn on the Par 3 😪🤣 P.S can you make these vlogs 30 mins long please.
I've just googled the Golf Course and watched an Ariel view stunning location Andy I'd like to see the Trees removed on the right running alongside the river....there's something about having a river running alongside a course 😀 or at least opening the river to the course more, can't believe the price of a membership either unbelievable, we get one chance at life with the out look should I or shouldn't I but it seems you've found yours Andy, maybe the Travel Company isn't a bad idea the knowledge you have and the vlogs are great.....great to see park land courses as down the road from Scotland we always think links....👌
atScott Carnoustie what a stunning course you have yes definitely would open that fairway to that stunning River that place is definitely on the list next year....that's what makes it interesting these vlogs because it opens up Scotland even more for us Golf fanatics or nutters 😀😀
Beautiful course and another to put on my list. You manage to show the courses off really well with the way you film them. Another great video again, Andy.

Tough to choose a club with such change in elevation and there was no wind so had it easy! As a member I am glad you feel we did it proud

@@atscottcarnoustie2946 They were the 2 clubs I played!!! and as you can see nearly messed up the putt on the 3rd!
@@TheAverageGolfer You.can hit that green in one and walk off with a 5 or 6 easily #afriendtoldmethat 🙄😉🙈

The videos wouldnt age well Jean as green fees generally change seasonally and each year
Excellence, as usual.
Thank you Tom
You do such a good job at making these videos!
Thank you Jack
Magic I'm thinking of joining here only like £550 a year.

@@dean7synergy72 Yes its is tree lined but you see plenty of the river. I would love to have some large group trips but we will see

Now that looks a beautiful course, I honestly don’t think there’s a bad course in Scotland, or a least there doesn’t appear to be
Ive not seen any yet!
Should play stonehaven on a nice day.
Looked to be a lovely inland course and that hotel!! I am on Bookings.com right now!
The hotel is in a great location as well
55 courses within an hour. What's house prices like. I might have to move.
Lovely part of the World
As Phil Mickelson would say 👍
Cheers Phil
