지방이 뽀샤시하니 하얀게 한우?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 풀먹고 자란 한우는 지방이 누리끼리하다. 저리 하얀 지방의 소는 "육우,사료먹고 자란 소" 털색깔이 누렇다고 모두가 한우가 아니다. 한우를 특급 고기로 치는 이유가 각종 풀을 먹어서 고기의 질-맛이 남다르기 때문이지. 서양 수입소와 사료만 먹여서 키운 누런 소가 뭐가 다른가?

I grew up in British beef butcher shops (2 grandfathers and an uncle. I worked in these shops from age 13. For sure this guy is a great butcher and uses an exceptionally sharp knife but I've watched my grandfathers clean up a side of heef in exactly the same way hundreds of times. For sure the guy knows what he's doing but any good british butcher can do the same.
the ball bearings got to me !! like really ! all my family stems from the UK WW2 . my late Dad was dangerous with a knife and fish , in NZ in the 70s .
Trimming off of that huge fat from the different muscle groups was an astounding feat already. But to a knowledgeable butcher that knows his trade is quite simple and easy. Just watching this dude process the beef was remarkable and.
